I needed a last-minute poster created on a Saturday morning and Cameron and company at the Mount Pleasant, Michigan Staples did an excellent job! They went over and above talking me through how to get that project done on the phone,and they even got it done quickly for me. They are the best thank you so much.

Went in pondering a new printer. Owen was fantastic!! He was able to answer all our questions and gave us information we didn’t even ask about. He made it very easy to choose the best unit to fit our home office needs.
He even helped me set up the Staples account and associate my rewards directly to it! Thanks Owen!!!

The customer service I received has been absolutely outstanding! I ordered invitations from the website as a same day pickup. They called to verify the invites and make adjustments for me, called when they were ready to be picked up and called the following day to make sure they were as I imagined. Everyone in the store was super helpful and made the process easy! Highly recommend shopping and using staples for printing needs as I will continue to use them.

I recently purchased a new laptop at Staples and was very pleased. I'm sure I was very annoying to the staff there, but nonetheless they were willing to answer all of my questions. The Staples rep who worked with me was very patient and answered all of my questions about computers in a way I could understand. Overall I was very impressed with the customer service. The PC so far is amazing. I was not expecting much from it since it was fairly cheap compared to previous systems I have purchased. However, the PC greatly exceeded my expectations. While the main purpose for my new laptop is simply for college use, I also enjoy playing some computer games. The laptop performs very well with games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, as well as Star Craft II. I am very pleased with Staples and my purchase there, I will definitely be shopping there again.

Everyone in the store is always there and willing to help when we have had printing needs and computer questions. They are helpful and go above and beyond making sure all our needs are met! Thank you for being so kind!
