Boon Kai Restaurant (Take out Only)

I'm a very picky eater (1st time here). Most Chinese food don't cook chicken fried rice like I want and crave. This place chicken fried rice is to die for. I love it so much I will be back, my fav part is the bean sprouts yum. I made a mistake but it's not on them, I ordered fried wontons but I meant to get crab rangoons so I will be trying those next time. Their egg rolls are ok not really how I like but everyone's taste buds are different. The guy that handed me the food was a good spirit and was happy to serve me so I thank him for being pleasant to deal with. And to top this review off the price is good for the food. You get so much for little $.

We're pretty damn picky about Chinese food. We've never had a wrong order from Boon Kai and no matter when we call, we always get the nicest people answering our calls. Huge portions of really, really good food. Consistently delicious!

Portions are excellent for the price. Very generous and tasty. Only Chinese takeout place I’ve encountered that gives milk buns with the meals. Haven’t had one in two decades!

Outside of a wonderful name, this Chinese restaurant has the best food in town!

They have the Best Asian food in the area for sure. Many Asian cuisines around but Boon Kai beats em all hands down! Neil at the front door is so friendly and personable. They also have the drive up pick up only now which is really amazing since most places seemed to stop to offer it any longer. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome restaurant, been going here for years! Super friendly staff and excellent food. Reading the review below made me feel the need to weigh in my own experiences. It’s such a shame that people will knowingly lie to try and ruin long established local businesses that are cornerstones of our wonderful community. I’m shocked someone would actually go to a restaurant that they had multiple reports of it being unfit. I think this alone can sum up this partitioner’s IQ as well below average. If your looking for good Chinese food this is the best place to go. Prices are great food has always been great every time we order. Family lives in AZ and they always ask to get Chinese from here when they come in to town.

Awesome place, been eating here since the early 90s. They haven’t messed with their recipes like other places have and their prices have stayed pretty consistent. Always a good sized portion. Will continue to eat here for years to come. Always good service and when the inside was open, always clean and friendly. Can’t wait till they open back up inside.

Had the General Tsao’s chicken tonight. It was fresh and hot! Crab Rangoons were great as well. Highly recommend!

Been here several time with friends. It is simple, but reminds me of the neighborhood Chinese restaurants I went to as a kid in Detroit. All of the Cantonese dishes are o the menu as well a few of the spicey ones we have come to expect. Portions are very large. They do a very busy carry out business. It is worth the drive.

I picked up carry out on Xmas day and the restaurant was packed! Although the wait was long (Xmas day will be busy) the food was definitely worth it and the staff were friendly and hard working! I had the seafood combo/crab Rangoon/veg fried rice and it was great.

Love the food and kind hosts. We've eaten here upwards to fifteen years and never once had a problem. Better than most in the area.

This place has been around for ever and there food's always great! It's not a fancy place to eat at but it's clean and the staff is always warm and welcoming. They have a large menu and the prices are beyond reasonable! I usualy get carryout and they have it ready in 10 minutes or so. Try them out!

Enjoyed the food and excellent service. I had the shrimp kung pao and my guest had the beef broccoli. Both dishes were very tasty and we had good sized portions. The waitress was polite and attentive. I would definitely go back again.

My whole family has been coming here our whole lives and we absolutely love the food and staff! You get a ton of food for a very reasonable price! The chicken lo mein and sweet and sour chicken are delicious! Soups, egg rolls and bread rolls are to die for! Love this place and will pass down the tradition for generations!
