My boyfriend & I brought one of our cars in for an inspection after recommendation from a family member. My appointment went smooth and I was called as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up! From drop off to pick up, everyone was friendly and had a smile on their face. We will definitely be back for any further concerns, and when the time comes for our 2nd vehicle!

Another local shop specializing in foreign autos totally misdiagnosed a noisy back end on my 2006 BMW330CI. Even though I myself questioned whether or not it might be a bad wheel bearing. After an alignment and new tires, the noise was marginally better. Took it to Auto Haus and they quickly diagnosed a bad wheel bearing. Car was quickly repaired and is driving like a champ once again!

I have been a loyal Autohaus customer for over ten years, even since they fixed a flat for my daughter who was on her way to NYC. They responded so quickly that her departure was delayed by only twenty minutes. The service is great, the prices reasonable and their advice over the years has saved me a lot of money. It is an added plus that I like the people I am paying.

I needed an oil change and general inspection before going on a trip. They got me right in. They sent me an email report, giving complete details of the work done and any potential issues, if there were any. On my trip, I will have a written report! It was obvious to me this was a place I could trust with my van to fix what needs to be fixed and not “upsell” me by doing things that didn’t need to be done. They were friendly and professional, giving a detailed verbal description of work done. I would highly recommend Auto Haus of Meredith. Very please and will definitely return for service and repair needs.

I have been bringing both of my vehicles to Auto Haus now for a couple of years. I was referred there by a co-worker. I can not be happier with the service I have received. Since moving to the area a few years ago we have been using Auto Haus for repairs and regular maintenance on our two vehicles. We have always been very satisfied with the quality of service. Reasonable prices and a friendly team of mechanics that clearly explain and document any work to be done. As everyone knows, when dealing with auto repairs, it's nice to have a service center that you feel can be trusted.

I live in Meredith and have taken my 1994 Nissan truck to the Nissan dealer in the past but have never received a better service than at this shop. All the workers are top notch and Paul will tell you straight up what needs to be done to your vehicle. I am glad I can honestly say I found a great place to have my truck serviced. thanks for the great work.

Paul took great care of my family in an emergency. He and his guys scrambled to get parts on a 13 year old foreign car at 5pm on a summer Friday. Fixed the issue at a great price. Happy to recommend them.

Summary (yes at the beginning):
Paul is almost like a Car Wizard, if that’s even a word, who has an amazing ability to diagnose the issue almost instantly. I believe it comes with the years of experience in the field.
Not to forget, he has this amazing team who is equally skilled and competent which reflects the confidence they carry when they detail you about their findings and the plan to fix your car.

Episode 1:
My wife and I drove from NJ to NH for our life’s most picturesque drives in the Fall of 2019.
Next day after driving down the Mount Washington on lower gear (again first time ever for our car), we noticed loud noise coming from down under the hood (almost at the tire level).
Called couple mechanics and someone suggested ‘Auto Haus of Meredith’
Paul and his friends were at our disposal quite from the first minute. I’d say they went through an elaborate (and surprisingly quick) process of diagnostic and came to the conclusion that the issue was with the transmission. We didn’t have a choice but to replace one since the car was not in a condition to be able to drive back 300+ miles to NJ.
The team worked extremely hard and overtime right from getting a brand new transmission (from the nearest part dealer with that short notice) to putting it on and running the car about 50ish miles on different roads and testing all gear speeds - all within just a day and a half.
We drove back to NJ, all happy and merry!

Episode 2:
Fast forward 8 months, we had some issue with the car and took it to local mechanic - they said it’s a transmission issue.
Went to Nissan Dealership with all the paperwork we had from Episode1, but they wouldn’t honor the warranty!?
I called Paul who sent me additional paperwork (even the invoices from the parts shop and their invoice from the official dealership they bought the part from) - but still Nissan Dealership won’t budge.
Frustrated at that point I shipped the vehicle back to Paul who not only fixed the issue (it was mere miss firing which required change in spark plugs and coils) but also pointed out that the other shops should have known this while running diagnostics (and was just trying to leach money out of the poor me).
Drove the car 150+ miles since then in last 3 weeks and all Happy and Merry again!

Very knowledgeable and honest. First shop that i brought my gf car to that was able to diagnose and repair at a fair price. What was once a mystery was instantly a fix with a basic sensor. Thank you for your efforts and I highly recommend to anybody in the are needing honest and fair labor.

These guys made me feel like a old friend the minute I walked in the door. They treated me with respect, didn't talk down to me because I'm an old lady in a wheelchair like some places do. But most important is they took care of my car quickly and efficiently and really seemed to know their stuff. I just moved to the area and am glad that right off the bat I found my "go to" guys for car care.

I just needed An inspection so I made an appointment about a week ago, showed up they pulled my car right in as I told them had had to wait for it. Was done in no time super friendly, definitely going to be my go to spot for any future work.

I'm getting ready to head to work, my car won't start. Call AAA, they can't get it started but recommend I take it to Auto Haus. I drive a Jaguar and was very skeptical, but since there are no dealers near Meredith I had him tow it there. I was told I needed a new starter and it would cost me $600. When I went to pick it up, they said it ended up being a grounding cable and it was $100 even. I was stunned, they could have told me it needed a new starter and I would have paid.

I've brought my car back to them for front end work, my car drives like new.

I would highly recommend these guys.

I broke down about a year ago..... The timing belt on my Porsche 928 let go without warning and I was 130 miles from home. Luckily the tow truck driver recommended Paul at Autohaus. To say the least I was hesitant because very few people are familiar with these cars. Long story, short I left it and picked it up a few days later. Job done perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone.
