Timberlake Hotel

We only stayed one night, but wish it could have been more! The beds are comfy, dark shades on windows, lots of space, wonderful showers. The room was clean, and staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. (Cheryl was our first contact...she was above-and-beyond helpful.) The breakfast was included, and far better than the average continental fare...and the attendant was so pleasant and helpful, and refilling everything as quickly as she could.
We'll absolutely stay there again when in the area...keep up the great work, Timberlake!

What a delightful surprise! I have spent years, literally, of my life in hotels. This clean, eclectic, welcoming, beautiful hotel is right up there for the best!
We reserved a king specialty room with a spa bathroom. Road trips to care for my elderly parents are soul stealing, and after a particularly difficult visit... We opted to stop for a good sleep. Ah. The bed was super comfortable, the blanket perfect, dark, quiet. Perfect. I normally don't sleep well the first night at a location unless I've been there several times. This was so serene we both slept better than we expected.

We had the grandkids with us and they love to swim. The lobby has an extensive selection of pool toys to purchase foe added fun. The prices were good as well. And the breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay!

Visited for thanksgiving holiday. Very nice shower and pet friendly. Our room was next to the 1st floor exit and the door slams easily so that was unpleasant but luckily no night owls so we were able to sleep. Highly recommend.

This hotel is awesome! I have stayed here twice and would not hesitate to stay again. Some highlights include: beautiful walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and continental breakfast with delicious hot food items like baked ham!

One thing that could be improved is fixing the EV charger in the parking lot. I drive an electric vehicle and have to cross my fingers each time I’ve stayed here, hoping that the only working charger is available. They really should fix the other charger so they have 2 functioning chargers available for guests. Otherwise this hotel is great!

I have been going there since they opened.
Have always clean rooms, good compliment breakfast. Great location, right on the highway as you come into town from the south.

It's a bit more expensive then some of the hotels in the area but well worth it. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the staff are vary kind.

This place was a piece of comfort heaven. Loved it. We considered just spending our vacation pent up in our room. Now we are planning a master suite addition to mirror our room.
Absolutely the most comfortabe place we've ever stayed in our 40 years of marriage!

Very nice. Great and friendly service. Good breakfast. Giant waffles. (Didn't like the taste of the scrambled eggs.) Very nice rooms and the walk-in shower was a nice touch. I will be returning. Have already recommended this hotel to others.

The hotel layout and decor is beautiful! The staff are all very friendly! The room was very spacious,clean and the beds were so comfortable! The pool was the perfect temp. The breakfast spread was such a wonderful variety and delicious! We haven't had such an amazing hotel stay in awhile and your hotel is the Best..We give you a A++ and will definitely stay again! Thank you for being all around Perfect 😊

My husband and I just left from a family Christmas party. This hotel was nothing short of amazing. If I could give more stars, I would. Big, hot, amazing breakfast. Large breakfast area and pool area. The staff all was super friendly and courteous. Rooms are spacious and so modern. Bathroom setup is nice, clean and up to date with large walk in shower, rainfall shower head and the most soft, comfortable large bath towels. The parking lot is very spacious and with our pickup and trailer for snowmobiles, we didn’t feel like we were hindering anyone’s ability to park. Trail runs right past the hotel as well!
I didn’t want to leave and already want to come back.

What a lovely surprise! We went to the hotel to check it out for a possible business event. Booking the room was easy and the front desk person was very helpful. The hotel rooms were surprisingly big, we had 2 queen beds and a small sitting area. The bathroom was really nice and had a walk in shower instead of a tub, which we knew ahead of time. The free continental breakfast wasn't anything to get excited about, but I don't know many that are since Covid. The hotel is located right off Hwy 10 which makes it convenient to get in and out. A great place to stay.

I stayed here with my family, and it was very nice. Rooms are big and neat, along with bathrooms, lots of options from breakfast to swimming, the pool was very clean for it having people in and out. Excellent experience here!!

Even while under renovation this Hotel was outstanding. Great staff! Most amazing shower of any place I've stayed!! The breakfast chef was extremely attentive and breakfast was superb! Definitely exceeded expectations!! Id give 100 stars if that were an option.

It is a great Hotel especially considering the location and price. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is well designed and beautiful in it own right. My only complaints are that the blind didn't go all the way down (I need complete darkness to sleep) and the TV remote didn't work (I didn't mention this to the staff). But the pool and hot tub are a great way to get in a workout and to relax. The breakfast was great and they have options for picky eaters. They had a deck where you can eat breakfast outside but considering the weather during our stay (-21°F) we opted for indoor seating. Single King room.

We so enjoy our stays at Timberlake...have been there several times as we have family in Staples. It's such a wonderful surprise to have such a classy hotel in a very small Minnesota town. It's always clean, huge bathrooms and rooms in general, friendly staff from the front desk to the kitchen people who provide breakfast. Just an altogether wonderful place to stay. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. You can't miss with this hotel!!
