Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Honestly I've been going to this place for years. I'm amazed I haven't written a review for it yet, and I actually feel dumb that I haven't. This place is always a good place to eat for a quick bite whether you're just stopping in with friends to eat inside, or even just running in quick to get something to take home with you. I have always enjoyed the food they had, I've never had any issues with parking. Unless it's a busy day at the drive through I've never had any issues with the drive through and never had to wait that long for my food. The normal meal I get from there which is a 6 piece Chicken Strip Basket, with a lemon-lime Misty Slush and a Mint Oreo Blizzard. Every time they've made that order for me it has always been delicious and I've never had complaints. They've never screwed up my order before, I enjoy the friendly atmosphere, and the workers always make me feel welcomed. The only things I've ever had issues with is trying to pull out of the Drive through and parking area on the side of the building facing the gas station and that's usually only when it's busy cause you have to wait for vehicles to come through a lot of the time. Beyond that the only thing I could really consider taking a star for, the atmosphere isn't as nice as it used to feel only because it used to have a back area that had a mostly if not fully complete glass area for eating and viewing the surrounding areas. It used to have tons of natural lighting because of that and it was an enjoyable place to sit and eat with my family so with that area now kind of gone to an extent and not fully glass anymore it loses a bit of that atmosphere it used to have. That's just my personal preference and opinion though and I know there are a lot of people who still like sitting back there and enjoying it. So I know that even though it loses that little bit with me it is still a great place to eat and has amazing atmosphere still.

This place has a bad rap bc of bad management in the past. I have had several recent experiences that are fantastic. Food is fast and fresh, staff are friendly, restaurant is clean, and one of the workers even came around checking on tables while we ate. Come back to Spring Valley DQ!

It is a full restaurant like all other American fast food restaurant with safe, affordable, and high quality food.

I personally would have a hard time finding something wrong with this establishment. They weren't very busy when I was there around 8 pm. The food was prepared just like it shows in the pictures. It wasn't just thrown together and pushed out. It was some of the best Dairy Queen I have ever had. The service was top notch also, friendly and courteous . Stop in next time you are in there neighborhood.

The food here is of very good quality & is prepared when you order & pay. Friendly staff. Clean eating area & Women's Restroom was clean & in good order.

Very clean, fast, fresh, & hot food. Bathrooms are clean. Chocolate Malts are the best.

I asked for a blizzard with a bunch of extra topping and chocolate ice cream and i got vanilla ice cream instead. I felt bad asking for the chocolate ice cream but one of the lady's took it and got me the chocolate ice cream and said have a great day. Next time I will not say a thing.

The employee Holly was very knowledgable about the products on the menu and was very courteous and took care of us during our lunch.

Who doesn't like Dairy Queen it's by far the best ice cream there is around they do specialize in it hence why it is the best around got to love the place and the flavors are through the roof they have anything and everything a person would want

Was kinda busy but the staffed worked quickly to get our food out, didn't screw up our order, brought us extra ranch, and was patient with the 4 little girls when ordering free kids cones. Great service.

Went through the drive through. Vehicle in front of me was very slow in giving their order. Once I gave mine the wait was not long and treat was sooo worth it!

We always enjoy a quick family treat here. Open year round it's very convenient.

Dairy Queen is a great place to eat. Great service and food. Always busy which means DQ is popular.

Yeah great deal where you get to for $6 you get a sandwich fries a drink and a Sunday and it was really good

Excellent fries and best burgers in the business! I've been eating Braizer burgers since 1969 and they're the best.

Food came out hot and fresh and the staff had a good enthusiastic attitude.

Good food and service make this one of the best places to stop for a quick meal or treat.

The burgers and fries here are much better than at McDonald's in my opinion.
