I have used Expert Appliance multiple times , but have never gotten around to posting a review of this wonderful local business. Alex and his team (which includes his two sons) are true professionals. They are prompt, courteous, thorough, and most importantly, honest. I will continue to use them in the future for repairs and new appliance purchases.

Our Sub Zero 695 fridge was giving trouble.
Its very advanced and complex system.
Previous attempts to fix it went in vain.
Alex came and fixed the fridge and its running like new.

While doing all this, it was a pleasure to know Alex who does his job very passionately.
He is very thorough and took care of entire house, furniture, tiles...etc.

When life hands you lemons and your refrigerator breaks down call Expert Appliances. On Sunday night I determined my refrigerator freezer had stopped freezing. Called Expert and they had a repairman at my house first thing Monday. Turns out the compressor on my 30 year-old Amana was blown out and would cost as much as a new fridge to replace. It is now Tuesday night and my new Whirlpool is in and colding thanks to Brandon walking me thru the reasonably-priced purchase and installation that was as pleasant as these experiences can be. As I said to Brandon, although I hope I don't need to deal with you again anytime soon I'm glad I found you when I needed you most. Today's world is so sketchy when it comes to scam artists and business owners who look to take advantage of you at your lowest point. That is why Expert's honest professionalism is a rare and wonderful thing and I highly recommend them to anyone with major appliance needs.

I got an outlandish quote from a competitor for a repair. After watching a few tutorials, I decided to fix it myself. Expert Appliance Center got me the part within a day AND gave me instructions on how to replace the capacitor and actuator.

These are honest and reasonable folks and will only be calling them from now on.

We had an issue with our sub zero freezer and Alex came out to diagnose the issue. He was so personable, reliable and most of all knowledgeable and honest!!!

Today was my first experience working with Expert Appliance in Marlboro.
It could not have been a better experience. From walking in the store last week and meeting the person running the store. The ordering process and today the repairman fixing two of our appliances.

I am grateful for his promptness and attention to detail while working on the dishwasher and our refrigerator.

Alex went above and beyond my expectations of great customer service!! His care with my Miele coffee machine was impeccable. I was so confident after meeting Alex for the first time when he diagnosed the issue with my built in Miele coffee machine, that I was in the absolute best hands. He was kind, friendly and beyond knowledgeable at his craft. I will NEVER call anyone else but Expert appliance center and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. I am so happy with my service! My almost 15 year old Miele is literally like brand new. I can’t thank Alex enough, as I’m my 31 years married and all the technicians I have come across, I have never had someone as caring and honest. Qualities like this are very hard to find, especially these days. This family owned business deserves 10+ stars!!! Thank you so much again. You have a loyal customer for life!!

I had an expert appliance technician come out to look at our dryer. The belt was broken, and they replaced it. Service was good and efficient.

I have a 7 year old dryer that was squeaking and I really didn’t want to bu a new one. I called Expert Appliance and Repair and they were able to schedule an appointment for me in 2 days. As a note, a competitor was scheduling 2 weeks out. They had a very reasonable charge to come out and evaluate the job ($89), which was credited towards the repair. Keith came to our house and was very polite and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the most probable cause of the squeak and he got it right the first time! He told me the cost of repair ( very reasonable!) before starting the repair. Additionally , they warranty the work they do for 1 year. The company texts you before they come and they even followed up with me after the job. I was very impressed with all aspects of their service. I will definitely use them again for future appliance service and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reasonably priced, responsive appliance repair service.

Alex came to fix my 2001 SubZero 560 refrigerator that was stopped cooling well..then not at all.
Arriving about 3pm ...determined the issue and quickly replaced the failing evaporator ( a common issue with aging Sub Zeros) recharged and put it all back as it was by just about 430! now its back to 37 degrees at 7pm .
Amazing, knowledgeable, quick, professional and fairly priced. I will not hesitate to call on Expert Appliance if any other of my appliances have any issues.

This company was great, the squeezed me in the next day when my fridge gave out… Technician was able to diagnose the issue so quick and amazingly enough he had the replacement board in his truck… all fixed… I highly recommend them if your experiencing any issues with appliances

John came out to diagnose my malfunctioning dishwasher, which he did in less than 5 minutes. He ordered the part and quoted me a fair price. When John returned to perform the repair of my dishwasher (one day after the part arrived), he discovered that the part in my dishwasher was just disconnected and replacing the part was not necessary. John fixed said part and adjusted the price to fairly reflect the work was done. I recommend this company and I will definitely be giving them repeat business if and when the time comes. On a personal note, John was a great ambassador for his company - he was personable, competent, and honest. Terrific service all around.

Highly recommend Expert Appliance. Keith was able to come check out my washing machine for repair/ same day/ conveniently sent a text message window of time- and has been a pleasure to work with. I need a new drain pump- and they have been very knowledgeable, helpful and are set with the part for replacement. Reasonably priced-compared to other local businesses - happy to give them my support. The kind man answering the phone before store even opened was also a delight to work with!

The techs for Expert Appliance Center are great. Extremely helpful, professional and timely.

I was having an issue with my Washer and was referred this place by a family member. Not only did they come within hours of me calling, Keith the service technician was great. Now I know where all the missing socks go. Thank you again for such quick honest service. Truth be told I left a message at an LG approved place on Saturday and they never called me back.

Great professional experience from the guys in the shop to the repairman who came and fixed my stove. I had extended warranty from Home Depot for the stove. Their guy came & said the part needed was no longer available. Expert appliance saved the day. They are now my only call for repairs.

We saw good review on this Expert Appliance Repair and received text what time they would show. John was very nice and professional and within 5 minutes diagnosed the problem and then explained what was needed. He ordered the part needed and said he would be back to install. We are confident will be done and our washer will be fixed properly
