This campground is flawless. Owners are nice. Pool was super clean and 84 degrees. Bathrooms/showers were super clean. Had a lot of extra amenities/activities. Sites were good size. Not much privacy but was a nice quite campground. Don’t forget to check out Kevin and say hi

What a great place. The owners are amazing. Very nice, very welcoming. The petting zoo was a lot of fun for the kids, the peacock (Kevin) a big hit. My son loved fishing in the ponds as well. The playground structure is new and a lot of fun. Very nice pool area as well. Can’t wait to go back.

My husband and myself enjoyed Timber Trail Campground immensely. The owners are fabulous. It's clean, has a heated pool and bike path right across the street to go many places, already booked for next year. Thank you Ed and Jen.

We had an absolutely wonderful time camping here this weekend. We have young kids and there is a ton to do: HUGE and very well maintained playground, jumping pillow, clean pool, a pond to fish in, animals to feed… there was even a guy making balloon creations the weekend we were there! The short 5 minute drive to Algoma was perfect. We loved how relaxing and inviting the campground is. We will definitely be back to see the new beach at the pond!

We went to Timber Trail Campground over Memorial weekend and had such an amazing fun time if you are looking for a nice small family own campground you have to check this place out! The owners are so kind and go above and beyond to help make you stay memorable.
Swimming, fishing, jump pad, listening and looking for Kevin (the peacock) and feed the animals are just a few of our favorite! We can’t wait to go back!

Stayed at Timber Trail over Labor Day weekend and the place is great. Tons of activities to do or a quite walk on the path right next door. The playground, jumping pillow and petting animals will have your kiddos entertained for quite a while. Really enjoyed out stay. The owners were personable and went out ot their way to make sure every thing was right in the camping (glamping?) World. We will be back. PS. Buzz (pictured) Made himself right at home.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Timber Trail Campground. Our RV camping spot was more than adequate, well maintained and the staff there was friendly and helpful. Our firewood was delivered to us and we received a generous supply. We wanted to spend a couple days in Door County and this place served as an excellent location for driving each day to the various sites and sights...a gateway to Door County. We would camp here again in a heartbeat. Here are a couple sunset photos and an attempt at a starry night photo.

You won’t find more welcoming owners! The dog park was a big plus to find during our stay, as well as the Ahnapee trail to Algoma. Loved the gathering area with TV. We think it would be a fun area to watch a Badger or Packer game! We enjoyed our stay so much, we put in for a permanent site.

We enjoyed our stay at Timer Trail Campground so much. I loved home many different amenities there were aside from a spacious and perfect camping spot. I enjoyed the small farm especially the super friendly goats and donkeys. Our pup enjoyed the dog run and was able to blow off energy safely in an enclosed space. Super close to Door County as well. If I could I would rate 10/5 stars!

We camped one night at Timber Trail. It is conveniently located near the Ahnapee State Trailhead and a short distance to Algoma by bicycle. The campground was very clean, the site was large and the hosts were friendly, they delivered wood and ice to our site. Our tent site was totally shaded among the beautiful cedar trees and in the morning we could hear the Sandhill Cranes flying over. There were a lot of families with children and apparently several permanent campers.

I was pleasantly surprised. We tent camped and they had some fairly nice rustic spots Available. Not often you get that in a place that caters mostly to campers and RVs. Access to Anapee trail was great also.

The owners are friendly, helpful and down to earth people who care about the people they serve. The campground is beautiful with foliage, two ponds and a large dog play area There are several pull-through sites making it easier on campers with bigger rigs and tow vehicles. When we stayed in late July the weather was nice and comfortable. We would come back again.

Me and my wife Debbie along with 5 other couples just spent a weekend at Timber Trails and we can not say enough great things about this campground. First of all let me say that the OWNER ARE AWESOME PEOPLE and are so friendly! As far as the campground it self, it is taken care of very good, grass cut, bathrooms clean, playground and swimming pool are excellent. We have camped here in the past and the new owners have made so many outstanding upgrades to this campground and are still doing so. Thank you so much for everything and making our weekend very enjoyable. WE WILL BE BACK !!!!!

I had such an amazing stay at this campground! The owners were very personable and the seasonal campers were fun to be around. This is the kind of campground that you will want to come back to for years. The bathrooms were incredibly comforting and the fire ring was small, but retained a lot of heat. The tent sites are under a beautiful, thick canopy of trees and are secluded by a marsh.
This is the perfect distance from highway 42, which is a beautiful drive through Door County. Algoma has a lighthouse and a fun marina dynamic. I also caught my first Bowfin in the Algoma River! It was a great “home-base” for my Door county adventure.
All in all, I cannot wait to come back.

First time camping here and it was amazing! The rustic tent sites are really nice, we loved site #70. Plenty to keep the kids busy with the bounce pad, pool, playground, animals, game room+board games, gift shop! The bathrooms are well taken care of and clean. The owners are wonderful and we can't wait to come back. Looking forward to using the swimming pond when it opens! 😊 Thank you!

This is a great camp ground to head to with the family. my girlfriend and I went on a last minute 4th of July camping trip with our two kids. booked the last tent site they had open for the whole weekend we where ready to take on the adventure. when we got there we found out that they where doing a whole bunch of activities for the whole family that weekend for the 4th. from doughnut and coffee to ice cream and adult beverages to a firework show put on by the camp ground owner. they even had a life band planned that unfortunately got canceled but we were reassured that it will for sure be happening next year for the forth. there pool and showers were clean and the bounce pillow was ready to go everyday that we where there. The staff was amazing they really got to know our whole family and made us feel at home they were willing to help out with any of our concerns and gave us ideas for things to do outside of the camp ground. I would 100% recommend going here and can't wait for our visit next year!!

Campground is very clean. Our site was great - well maintained grass, nice firepit. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool, bouncy pad and the animals and made new friends. We and our children also enjoyed our time. The owners are fantastic. We highly recommend camping here and we will be back.

We were lucky enough to spend the summer here as seasonal campers - this campground is epic! Great location to town, nice and clean pool, fun animals to feed, and the absolutely best owners around. We can't wait to come back one day!! Highly recommend.

What a gem of a campground. The owners were lovely and helped me change my booking to a better site for our specific situation. The pool was great and everything was well maintained. Really liked that the tent sites were shaded and tucked a little further back. Will definitely plan to return!
