I couldn't get my pressure washer to start, so ended up taking it to these guys. One thing I liked is that the owner offered to troubleshoot over the phone before bringing it in (I still had to bring it in). The service was quick (less than a week turnaround) and the price was roughly what they estimated before starting. Will definitely return should any small engine troubles arise.

If you value customer service, think twice with this company. They had our tractor 4 days before they even began to look at it. Never communicated this... when we called to follow up, lady on phone told me to "chill out". Really? Who treats their customers this way?
