Bayshore Wound Care Center

This Wound Care center has been a miracle for me. I had a previous surgery with another Doctor that went really bad. I was left confused and nowhere to turn. Someone recommended Bayshore Wound Care to care for my wound from my surgery that had gone really bad. From the moment I called on July 2nd they got me in the next day and immediately started Caring for my Wound. Dr Samra has been so understanding and managed to fix my wound. The staff have been so amazing, understanding, patient with me when I can sometimes be a pain. The Nurses made me feel so comfortable and throughout the process they have guided me every step of the way. My wound is just about healed and I couldn't be more thankful for Dr Samra and Bayshore Wound care

These guys at the wound care center are amazing!! My mom is 90 years old and came to them with a pressure wound on her foot at stage3. They actually saved her foot from being amputated and even worse causing a infection into her blood which would surely have killed her at her age. Dr. Marchese, RN Atyia , Dana at the front desk and all the wonderful nurses I know only by face. All of you are special people. My family and I owe you everything for saving the Matriarch of our family. Thank you All...

Excellent facility! My family worked with the Wound Center for over a month to heal a foot wound, and the staff was consistent and caring throughout. Excellent reception staff, reasonable wait times, knowledgeable and personable doctor, and GREAT follow-up appointments. For such a small hospital, they are really with it.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT AT BAYSHORE WOUND CARE LOCATED HOLMDEL, NJ SINCE OCTOBER 2020. I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR. PATEL WHO HAS BEEN ASSISTED BY TWO FANTASTIC NURSES KAREN AND ATIYA. DR PATEL HAS BEEN KIND, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE, AND GENTLE WHEN TREATING MY WOUND.

I WOULD BE AMISS IF I DIDN'T SPECIFICALLY WRITE ABOUT NURSE KAREN. AFTER MONTHS OF TREATMENT AND FEELING A LITTLE FRUSTRATED, SHE IMMEDIATELY LISTENED TO MY FEARS, CALMED MY ANXIETY, AND SPOKE TO DR PATEL ON MY BEHALF. NOT BECAUSE I COULDN'T, DR PATEL IS WONDERFUL, BUT BECAUSE SHE WANTED ME TO KNOW SHE WAS MY ADVOCATE. SHE WAS SIMPLY THERE TO HELP ME.

OF COURSE A VERY IMPORTANT MEMBER OF THIS TEAM IS DANA AT THE FIRST DESK. SHE ALWAYS ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, SENT UP MY APPOINTMENTS WITH EASE, AND SHOWED COMPASSION WHEN SOMETIMES IT SEEMED I NEEDED IT.
I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND ABILITY TO WORK TOGETHER TO MAKING MY EXPERIENCE A POSITIVE ONE.

This place is amazing, starting from front desk Annie and all the nurses and doctors are just amazing.. The care and their ambition to solve the issue is such a priority.. thank you Bayshore Wound care center..

Professional, efficient staff. Old people are difficult to deal with, well done.

A little disappointed there's no bench in front of the building for people to rest on when waiting for their ride. Sitting in my jeep waiting for my mother to come out and an old man with a walker is circling the sidewalk. He's leaning left and right. He's grabbing the front bar for support. Completely unacceptable. There should be a bench for the disabled and senior citizens to rest while waiting for pick up.

Not very compassionate to the elderly. The visiting nurses never called to let us know when she was coming. When we got to them they explained they newer gory orders. Been waiting over 45 mins for a scheduled appointment . Mom is 87 and in not great shape

Would not recommend this wound care center. I suggest you find one with more caring and compassionate nurses and doctors. My mom is suffering from serious wounds with extreme pain and I feel she’s been treated roughly and not gently with care. The doctors and nurses are rough and the nurses seem phony. They seem sweet but that’s only to family members over the phone or when a family member is present at a visit and not to the patient when they’re alone. I didn’t sense any sincerity. And don’t get me started on them returning calls.

It took them 15 weeks to heal a wound on my leg the size of a quarter. It reappeared after they released me. I treated it myself with betadine and it cleared up in less than 2 weeks.do yourself a favor and treat it ourself with betadine leaving it uncovered.Only go to them if all else fails!
