Therese at customer service is so pleasant, kind, considerate and caring. The few times I came in, she's always been friendly and smiling snd willing to help!! She is truly the best!!

Asked sales associate where to find replacement corner cabinet hinges. Gave me exact # to go to. Found what I needed.. and then other items. Plus a beautiful flower for my outdoors.

This is such a nice place to come. Many people I meet here always say they choose Lowes over homedepot. They definitely stand by their name and have good quality stuff. The place is always organized and well stocked. They certainly do offer more selection of things and have a variety of home decor stuff as well. As a woman, I love coming here to see all the cool new decor stuff they have. They offer a kids workshop with points and leveled tiers to earn more stuff. It is free to members of lowes, which is also an easy free sign up. We came here for their kids' first DIY TOOL KIT. In which they receive an apron and earn badges for each workshop they attend.

The staff was excellent and attentive, special shout out to Dave who worked in appliances who was helpful attentive and patient with us.

I was in front of paint desk and Mark was working on some crafts which showed all you need to buy to make these beautiful Christmas crafts, were some inexpensive bolts, nuts, clay pot etc and bam...you have unique decorations. Good job Mark!!

Had to stop in and pick up an order and you know how sometimes that goes when they tell you your orders pulled and you get there and it's not. I was pleasantly surprised customer service. Cashier diamond took care of us and our order was ready when we got there. Great service!
