Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The technician, Brian who responded was professional, courteous, and very informative. He solve my plumbing issue quickly and explained every step he was taking as he completed his work and cleaned up the work area after the job was competed. He did an excellent job!

Hot water tank blew out early yesterday morning, and their tech Rich was on-site by 0930. Assessed, removed, and replaced within 2 hours! Excellent service 💯 Thank you for a strong service department that keeps their manpower flush to facilitate quick and effective repairs 👍

My latest experience was fantastic! Jay was my technician and he was GREAT. The previous technician ,Travis ,was also great but he identified the problem and explained what needed to be done but he didn’t have the equipment and the problem needed to be addressed by someone else. ( Travis showed me the giant root invading my sewer line via camera inspection) In comes Jay to save the day! He did a marvelous job and when he was done the monster root was gone with not a trace of where it had been. Thank you Jay for your great job.

Everyone I spoke with from the dispatcher to the tech's that came out where very courteous and pleasant, and the initial tech was very timely and through with his assessment. The estimate was pretty expensive and rightly so, the main water line coming into our basement was leaking. That being said once they got going they where in and out faster that I would have expected and the total was less than the estimate by almost $500. Between the fast service and quality of work, if we have anymore plumbing issues will definitely be calling them again

Travis W was extremely helpful and put me at ease before he could attend to the problem. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was fantastic at a very stressful time. He took care of everything. Highly recommended.

Had an older toilet that wasn't working. Called my Roto-Rooter who have helped me before and she set up an appointment for that day. Chris arrived at exactly the time promised. Chris told me the toilet was bad and that he could go and get me a new one from Lowes and put it in THAT afternoon. He checked the drains in my house. Asked me if I was having any other issues. Doubled checked the pipes on my new washer.
Had the new toilet bought, installed and the old one taken away in no time. He was very helpful, friendly and got me though a difficult time for me. Thank you to everyone who helped me that day.

In December I experienced a major plumbing problem at my home. Roto-rooter was able to resolve the problem by using a high pressure water jet and inserting a liner in the main water/sewer drain. A hugh project! All technicians, Chris, Travis, Joey, Billy and Ryan were friendly and courteous and kept me informed every step of the way. Travis, in particular, went over and above overseeing the entire project. He really seemed to care about a successful conclusion which, thankfully, was achieved. I would recommend Roto-rooter to anyone in need of their services.

There was a great deal of work to be done. They worked so hard and so smart and just wouldn't stop. But they're expensive. I paid $2,700. And I still need work done.
I highly recommend them and thanks for getting my home running properly again. It was an emergency situation in my rental apt.

The Roto-Rooter repair man was very thorough and knowledgeable. He unclogged my toilet, main drain and boiler room drain. He was very competent and got the job done quickly.

The employee was a great guy who went above and beyond when he cleaned out our pipe. I would highly recommend them above everyone and we had another company replace part of pipe 4 years ago,

Billy and Ryan were great. Noticed I had a leak coming from my main water line. They quickly diagnosed it was coming from outside and leaking in. They scheduled to fix it right there and ended up getting it dug up and fixed in just a few hours. No leaks since!

Super, professional job of unclogging my sewer line. Technician Bill showed up within a few hours of calling and was very knowledgeable and informative. So thankful for the prompt, excellent service in an emergency situation and all on a Sunday!
