Postage Inn

Just moved to the area and gave this place a try. They are takeout only as of right now. I called in an order and the fella I spoke to was just..unbelievably nice 🥲 it’s funny when you realize you are not often treated that way by strangers! Anyway, off to a great start! Hubby and his dad pick up the food and chat with the owners who are a son and father duo. Adorable. They work super hard together for this family business, and make amazing food. Oh yeah, THE FOOD. Sooooo yummy! Fine dining but to-go, amazing portion sizes, something for everyone, super reasonable prices. Great energy. Will be back and will spread the word! 🤟🏼💚

Ordered dinner for Mother's Day takeout and the food was EXCEPTIONAL. We had two chicken dishes and the salmon, and everyone agreed it was the best meal we have eaten in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly, and it was overall a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our Mother's Day celebration special!

The decor of this place reminded me of some of the old restaurants in Southern Italy. Absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for a simple night out with friends and for important events, such as wedding parties. The owner of this establishment are the kindest, most generous and selfless people I have ever met and the food was just mind blowing. I warmly recommend it!

I frequent this place probably once a month. The owners and family are absolutely phenomenal. The menu is handcrafted from a culinary chef who shows his passion through the skillfully crafted dishes. With a wonderful hometown atmosphere, I can honestly say if you enjoy good food and good people this is the place to be.

I love the Postage Inn. The food is excellent, and prepared by a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with care and passion. The building itself is cozy, comfortable and well lit. The bar area is equally enjoyable, with a number of beers on tap and service with a smile. The owners are very hardworking and do their utmost to make their patrons happy. It's a very family-friendly environment and perfect for a cold beer or getting a great meal. Tell everyone you know about the Postage Inn at Tillson!

I had a burger with white american, bacon, Chipotle mayo and fries. My daughter had chicken fingers with marinara sauce, and my wife had pulled pork nachos.

Our waitress, Alyssa, was courteous , patient and kind. The wine was excellent, it was great to eat on the deck so as not to disturb the other patrons with our 4 year old and 1 1/2 year olds hijinks. There was a quality jazz musician (s) who sounded great even through the glass. We are buying a house in New Paltz, so this excellent dining establishment will be getting a fair bit of my currency moving forward. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Bottom line, the food was excellent, excellent, excellent!

Every time I come the fish and seafood is perfectly prepared. They give very generous portions. When we are in the neighborhood we always stop by and highly recommend!

Finally tried this place after years of driving past it. I'm just sorry I waited so long! Good variety of offerings, excellent quality, lovely service, and a convenient location with parking. This was voted unanimously onto my family's list of go-to places from now on.

A great meal is always had here!!burgers are fantastic.. the chicken sandwiches there are w different ones are just marvelous and the Cajun lime shrimp is totally TOTALLY the best

Cajun Shrimp are a must.
Burgers are perfect as is everything else. Very fresh. Very friendly staff. Cozy bar. A jewel of a place.

Didn't want to go the last time I was invited to have dinner there; however, the food was great (pulled pork sandwich) and the staff were very friendly.

Very friendly and laid back atmosphere. If you live in town you probably know about the Postage Inn, if you don’t, and you’re stopping through or visiting family, I suggest you stop in for a quick bite and laughs.

The Coquilles St Jacques were unreal, as was the banana cream pie! It's a shame I can only leave 5 stars, because it deserves 10!
