I can only give a review on the firewood, and interaction involving getting it.

We needed some firewood for our summer camping. I saw the post on Facebook Marketplace for Farrell's. At the time of this review, they were asking $50 for a facecord. That's a good price for firewood for campfires.
The wood was soft wood, but that's fine for campfires.

Communication was good. I contacted Noah by FB messenger in the evening. He was very responsive, and friendly. Arrangements were made.

We brought our own trailer to pick it up. I am not sure if they offer delivery. I was not looking for it, nor did I inquire about it. When we arrived, there are many signs for a number to call to get help/assistance. There was no need, however, because there was a gentleman driving a truck past that asked if he could assist us. I informed him why we were there, and he promptly saw to assisting us. They had us park near the pile, then loaded our trailer using a front loader. Between each "dump", another gentleman helped to straighten it out in the trailer, and make room for each "dump". They were very quick in loading, and piling it nicely in the trailer. We were in and out quickly.

Overall, five stars for everything. Good communication, friendly, quick, and efficient.

I am extremely happy with the firewood. Mixed hardwoods, seasoned with a little bit of kindling.. Perfect size for my wood stove. Delivered next afternoon. Nice people!

I needed to replace my chainsaw so I stopped in to see what they had. Hannah, the young lady who helped me was very quick to greet me and was very friendly.
We chatted about different models in the Husqvarna line. She was extremely knowledgeable about the line of Husqvarna products. Plus, she was able to answer every question I had. She also did her job as a great sales women seeing how she had good qualifying questions for me.
I came home very happy with a new 460 Rancher and kit box. I will be going back for a hedge trimmer and backpack leaf blower when I am ready to pick them up. Thank You, Hannah for a great sale experience today.

He called with and estimate, (with which by the way did not break the bank!!) His crew came two day later and took care of the problems!
The crew were all respectful and answered any questions I had.

I called Aaron the morning after SuperStorm Sandy tore down two of my trees. He was on site quickly with a very fair estimate, and within 2 hours, his 4-man crew was at my house taking care of business. They were fast, efficient, professional, and they cleaned up the mess totally. I'd definitely recommend them.

Purchased grass seed. The person behind the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to the quantity purchased she offered and helped me load it into my vehicle.

Ordered top soil which was delivered within two hours of my call. Always polite and professional, timely service at affordable prices.

Went in for some parts to my chainsaw and walked out with a few mums as well. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable of their equipment and services.

Wile working at my job Farrells crew showed to do work.
I ask if my car was in the way they said no it's fine.
A while later I noticed one of the crew with a back pack blower blowing all the loose debris towards my car . I ask him to stop and he gave me the dirtiest look ever.
I called and left a message for the owners.
Update Arron called and apologized he was gracious and assured me he would talk to his worker's.
Appreciate the call back.

I called to set up business with them and they repeatedly gave me the run around about when they would come and do the work. I have waited a month for their services and still nothin done about the trees I wanted cut down. They were suppose to be here today and they called to say they had other jobs to do, that is so rude n unprofessional considering how long I hav waited and they want to postpone even longer! I do NOT recommend them and will be looking elsewhere.
