I've been here several times and every time everyone's friendly they're happy to see people's pets they even put out like water and biscuits in the summertime for the dogs. Their selection is great for a local spot with a little bit of everything that you could want.

Don't know where the complaining reviewer is coming from and what she means by a return line, as there isn't one. I visit Black Dog at least 2 times a week and the customer service, not only to me but to everyone who goes in there could not be better. Just about every time I've been there someone else comes in and one of the store owners askes, very politely, "Can I help you find anything?" They are courteous, thoughtful and always upbeat and friendly. You can't get better service anywhere and as the above reviewer noted, their product line is diverse in all regards from the selection to the prices.

Excellent in every way!!! Especially during this difficult time where social distancing is important! They are ingenious with their operation to assure no close contact by operating through the window and placing a small tent for cover!! Thankfully they are staying open!!!🙏🙏😆
