When I Went To The Orange County Courthouse In Orlando Florida For A Jury Duty Summons. The Orange County Sheriff Was Very Nice And Friendly Entering The Metal Detectors. The Staff In The Jury Office Room Was Very Nice And Professional. I Gave The Jury Clerk At The Window Desk My Doctors Letter Excusing Me From Jury Duty Service Due To All Of My Medical Problems That I Have. I Give The Orange County Court House In Orlando Florida A 5 Star Rating.

Parking is stress free with the parking garage and street parking readily available. The lines tend to be long, but the crowd usually moves along quickly. It's super easy to get around, but there is a info desk just in case. My gripe is with the traffic division. They are the slow and rude. A state trooper issued me a ticket, because I totally forgot to renew my registration in time. The clerk who assisted me was clueless and had no idea about their own policies. She made up her own rules as she went along. It was so ridiculous that I'll never pay another ticket here ever again!

Friendly helpful staff. Some waiting is required if no appointment.
Over all experience is very good.

I was wrong about this place, I was upset that my visit did not go as planned but the staff was so caring and helpful that I felt better when I left than when I first arrived. Thank you all in room 315, 320 and 360

I am a distributed worker, and had jury duty here for a day. The juror waiting area is well-designed. It has tables suitable for work on laptops, and a Net Cafe with computers for those without laptops. They also have a good snack bar available in the waiting area itself. Power sockets are sparse (saw only two in the cafe area), but the guest Wifi is great, 4G/LTE is good strength if you prefer using a hotspot. And I felt like I was in a library, not an open public area. Good job on the facility, Orange County.

I have been so pleasantly surprised by all my dealings with the family court (3rd floor). The ladies in there are the definition of efficient and kind!
