Love the store manager at the Maple Ave Store in Zanesville Ohio. She is so great at what she does for her costumers. She really knows what to do to fix your phone problem. If she can't fix it she will stay on that phone until she gets it fixed for her costumers.

I spoke with Cy O. when I went in. I was switching carriers and was already annoyed at the thought of the normal long process of going with a new company. Cy not only helped explain everything that is Cricket along with pricing options, he got my family started with two more phone lines and plans (Family Plan of course!) all in half the time it has taken with other carriers. EXCELLENT customer service! I will be referring people to Cricket and to Cy!

There was a Cricket store computer glitch during activation which put our phone number transfers in limbo. After returning to the Cricket store the manager worked everything out through the porting department via phone. Great service, greater coverage area also.

I've been with Cricket for some years now and have had some minor issues with my phone from time to time but in all I like my phone and service plan. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Cricket to anyone
