Nicole Meredith is such a friendly girl. Made our experience 100 X better. She was still new but made sure she had everything right for me and gave me the best possible deals! It means a lot to have someone take their time with you and not rush things to try and get you in and out just to make a “sale”. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was not and still am not a customer because Verizon charges an arm and a leg. Received a false quote from a Verizon worker on the customer service line. Then when I went into the store the workers gave me a much higher quote for service and informed me I received a bad quote. While all of that was extremely frustrating. None of that was the fault of the workers at this store. Ian was incredibly helpful and informative. I asked him for multiple quotes because I was simply looking for a better deal than who I had at the time and he was very forthcoming with information. The five stars is simply for his service. Him and his trainee were very professional. I would give his trainee credit but I didn't not request his name.

I came to the store looking to switch carriers. The first gentleman named McBride was super helpful in helping me decide on what phone fit best for my needs and then another employee named Johnna helped with setting up my service. The two of them were not only helpful but super friendly and saved me money from what my previous carrier was charging. I highly recommend!

Casey McBride did a fantastic job at making sure all of our needs were met. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and taking care of all the extras that came with it.

I stopped in the Verizon store on west high in new Philadelphia. Casey McBride helped me with my problem. I had a very bad experience at another store. They closed my account and opened another one. I had credits towards two lines on my plan that did not transfer to new account. I had talked to many people at Verizon and No could help me. Casey made a phone call got all of my credits reapplied and helped with a few more things. I recommend anyone that needs something fixed or a new phone or anything stop in and see Casey. I will never deal with anyone else. Thanks again Casey. You are a life saver.

Casey McBride was patient, informative, and more than diligent to answer questions, transfer data, and explain all options! While working with me he also efficiently and courteously dealt with other customers as well! We are certain to return for future needs!

I currently had an issue and upon arriving at my Verizon store I was greeted at the door by Preston Mitchell who help me with my issues he was incredibly smart and had a ton of knowledge . Casey McBride also helped with 1 issue and they both were incredibly professional .

I was in a pinch to buy and add a new device last minute, and came in to get one activated. Sam helped to get the new line added and helped get my plan changed to an option that better suited my needs and saved me on my bill! Great customer service, and the wait times are much better than the corporate store.

I went into the store to obtain a hot spot and I had my son with me who was having a bad day. Casey was fast, efficient and got me in and out of the store (at almost no cost which was great) in less than 30 min. He was also very polite to my son. My faith in customer service was restored today.

I had a great experience. I had help from representative Johnna at the Verizon in New Philadelphia. She helped me in a really timely manner, answered all of my questions, was super patient with me and even preoccupied my three year old son while I was able to make the changes I needed to. I am very pleased with the process of switching over to Verizon and I’m very pleased with my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. If you go see Johnna, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Johnna, Jason, and Bentley I just wanted to tell you that at stopped at Verizon because my phone was charging. They helped me resolve the problem very promptly. They were all three very kind, knowledgeable, patient and just absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them 100% to anyone that I know. It was a great experience since I’m not very technically knowledgeable.
