Had a great experience at this family owned and operated shop. We made the trip down from New York because I was in the market for a very specific vehicle to meet business and family needs; they happened to have exactly what I needed and Troy did a great job working out preliminary numbers so we wouldn't have to make a trip for nothing. The van we purchased was more or less as advertised, with the kind of wear and tear you would expect on a used vehicle. We had a fair conversation about my trade, and arrived at numbers everyone could live with. On the way out the door, Troy made sure we were outfitted with D'lux swag, AND we were able to snap a picture of the company founder's vintage T-Bird desk, which might be worth the trip in and of itself. This vehicle will be put directly into the line of duty tomorrow, so of course we'll have to see how things hold up. But she made the 200 mile trip home without issue and we would work with these guys again in a heartbeat.

Love this place! We came here Saturday at 1:30, keeping in mind they close at 2pm. We drove far to see a truck and it was just a great as listed and pictured. Unlike the 3 trucks we say earlier in the day that had misleading photos etc. We made a offer for the Silverado at 2pm and didn’t end up leaving until 2 hours after closing. Troy was just awesome to work with. Super laid back, wasn’t a pushy sales guy, we loved it. My boyfriend LOVES his new truck, and couldn’t be happier with his purchase. Troy also threw in a tool box for the truck in the deal. If we ever need another truck, we will be coming to D’Lux!

We recently bought a truck from Troy at D’lux. Easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. My husband drove by and noticed the truck a few days prior to actually showing up to look at it. He called and got details, and set up an appointment to check it out. We ended up being in the area and showed up a few days earlier. The truck had just been sent out to have an oil change. Troy went out of his way to get us immediate access to the truck , set up a test drive, and we left with the truck. Troy made the process painless and easy. The truck was exactly as he had described. No surprises! We never felt pressured to buy the truck. He was honest and upfront with the few items that may need attention! (A few dings in the tailgate).
