Ashley Store

I went into the store with a wish list and an idea of what I wanted. What I got was awesome customer experience and a whole new living room set complete with small side tables, coffee table, and ottoman. Best part was it happened to match our dining room table without us realizing it. We told Julie what we were looking for and she walked us to all the pieces that fit in the theme we had in mind. Absolutely awesome! Keep up the great work and definitely love the appreciation you guys have for veterans. We will definitely be back to buy our bedroom furniture when the time comes.

I went to the Marion, Ohio Ashley Home Store with a definite list of furniture items I wanted. Within minutes a sales lady found the exact sofa I wanted. Then she showed me bar stools, but I initially decided they were pricier than I was willing to pay. She did some magic with her phone & lowered the price enough that I bought three of them. I got four pieces of good furniture for an excellent price& left the store very happy.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley with Callie. She was exceptionally professional and detailed in presenting beds for me to choose from. She was very helpful and giving me the best deal possible. I left feeling very good about the purchase I made. I was satisfied for being within my budget and comfort in the bed I chose. Callie was delightful and very easy to work with. She was so very, very knowledgeable. She worked very hard for me, and stayed beyond her scheduled time to take care of me. Callie rogers at Ashley’s was amazing and helped us find exactly what we wanted that fit the needs of my picky partner and I. After two different days of shopping we left with a new living room and bed room that we both love. Super thankful for Callie’s patience and commitment to helping us meet in the middle and pick the perfect new furniture for our home. Will for sure be going back.

Mindy was wonderful! She explained things, showed me a few options, then let me look around by myself. She has excellent customer service. This was the best experience I have had looking for furniture! Everyone was very nice.

And then there's my furniture fairy, Brandy. She truly listened to my vision for how I wanted my home to exude a certain ambiance when you stepped through the door. Not only did she exceed all expectations, but she even provided invaluable assistance in selecting a new wall color. She hit it out of the park!

If it were possible, I would gladly award 10 stars to this extraordinary team.

We had the best customer service ever! I was so excited when Callie told me she could come to our home with different samples to match an existing chair with a new sofa & chair for our family room. We’re so glad she did because what we thought we wanted didn’t look very good in our room. So with the samples she brought we were able to pick out the right one. That made all the difference in the world. I highly recommend them along with our awesome sales associate Callie!

My experience at Ashley in Marion could not have been better. The first day I browsed the store and Doug was most helpful with my questions. I returned 2 days later to make my purchase. Mariah was great!! Everything went so smoothly. I have my eye on some other pieces. I will definitely go back for them. Thank you for top-notch service !!

I spent 3 hours in the store buying furniture. Callie Rogers is the employee who helped me and she did an outstanding job answering my questions, walking around the store with me and giving me great suggestions. She was very patient and professional. She made me feel my time was important and that I was not just another customer! My experiences at Ashley Furniture has always been positive but, I have to say that Callie was fun and a joy to work with today. I must give her a 5 star rating for her outstanding customer service. Brandi was absolutely wonderful to deal with on the sales end of the deal. She got me exactly what I wanted and was so informative on my couch sectional options and store services/deals. I chose to have my sectional delivered from Marion OH to Findlay OH and the two gentlemen that delivered my couch could not have been better. I didn't have to do a thing! They laid down a rug outside to ensure they didn't track in dirt. They didn't scuff my trim and they were extremely proficient with their and my time. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Clara is a very friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman. She was very informative and even offered us something to drink. Checkout was quick and we recieved everything we ordered.

Whitney helped us today she was absolutely amazing! She helped us pick the perfect couch and loveseat set, she helped us figure out what fit our needs. She never seemed irritated with our questions and concerns. And gave us all the time we needed. We truly can’t thank her enough, for all the time she put in helping us!

I shopped today at the Ashley Furniture store in Marion, Ohio. Jeremiah helped me find the perfect Electric Recliner with a "Lift Seat". Jeremiah made my purchase so easy. My new Recliner also has "Massage and Heat" units. It's awesome. I would urge anyone looking for the "perfect purchase" to shop at Ashley Furniture. Jan Valentine, Bucyrus, Ohio.

I called from Florida because they had 2 dinette chairs same as mine. The set was discontinued. I spoke to Julie explained that I needed the chairs for my set. She let me call you back normally we don’t ship furniture. Julie called back the next day after speaking to management they said they would ship them. Julie went above and beyond as did the store to satisfy a customer 1000 miles away
