We had a great lunch here! Service and food were everything you could wish for. The menu is extensive and food was authentic and fresh tasting. Looking forward to another visit when it is warmer weather so we can experience their outdoor area and enjoy the lake view!

Wonderful small business Mom and Pop mexican restaurant on the shore of Lake Erie. Food was good, service staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed the quaint building which I believe was built in the 1920's. If you like new build restaurants, or professionally decorated chain restaurants, this place is not for you. If you like supporting the small business American dream, and buildings whose walls can tell you stories of an era gone by, I suggest you dine there. I had the Chile Colorado plate and savored every bite.

What a unique place to eat with the entire family! Right on Lake Erie with beautiful views of the sunset, huge back patio, lots of inside seating, 2 separate bar areas, and the entire place is a castle 🏰 Not to mention the delicious 😋 margaritas 🍹 and All The Food 🥑🌮

Love this restaurant! Love the food and that it’s right on the lake! You can sit inside or outside, but in my opinion, if you’re sitting inside, you’re missing out on the great view on the patio! They have great tacos and quesadillas! They give you chips and salsa while you wait for your food. Food portions are very generous! They are a little bit on the pricier side. But I have nothing bad to say! Great experience, overall!

Stopped in for lunch and ate on the patio. The view of Lake Erie is fantastic. I forgot I was in Ohio for a brief moment. I had a frozen raspberry margarita, it was refreshing. We also had a lunch fajita chimichanga, carnitas, tons of chips and salsa, and fried ice cream. All of the food was delicious and arrived quickly. I will be back!

Mariachi band playing so nicely as you're enjoying you're favorite Mexican cuisine.... warm greeting, and a delicious meal. This coupled with the promise of an outdoor patio seated next to lake once Summer arrives... very reminiscent of vacation.

Our server Alexis was extremely attentive and helpful. The chips were so good, thin and warm. And the hot salsa was definitely hot. The food was amazing, especially the chicken taco. The chicken was very moist and tender. This was our first visit and I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food & drinks at a reasonable price. The fajita chimichanga is great. Plus - you cannot beat the view of Lake Erie from the patio!

This castle-like atmosphere is a warm and inviting location to get together with friends and family. The patio in back has a nice view of the lake. Great live music on Friday night added to the fun. The food was good and came quickly. Great selection of margaritas and other libations! Highly recommended!

This is the most unique Mexican restaurant I know of. The castle building is beautiful and the interior decor is nice. The back patio is the best spot to sit and gives you a nice view of the lake.

This was our first time here. It definitely won't be the last, though. From the striking and unique facade of the building to the beauty and serenity of the lakefront patio and deck, we were very pleased and impressed. The food was authentic and delicious. I had the Pollo Ranchero and my Fiance had the Tierra y Mar. Both my chicken and his steak were excellent. The $1.99 lime Margaritas were a bonus!! I guess we'll be returning on many future Mondays and Wednesdays. I highly recommend this restaurant as not only is the food great and the prices fair but the atmosphere feels like you stepped over the border for a mini 2 hour vacation. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to return.

This place is stunning. A majestic castle with an awesome view of Lake Erie. Eat in or out on the open deck. Authentic Mexican food. Portions are huge! Kids, teenagers, even most adults I would strongly suggest splitting a meal- 4 out of 5 of us didn't come close to finishing. Plan on spending $10-$15 for the average meal- well worth it. Very happy with the food and the service. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Food is delicious. Margarita is delicious. Great customer service. Santana was a very good waitress. My husband and I will definitely be back.

The food was not bad, the waiter was very nice the atmosphere was amazing can't wait to go back in summer time and hang out on their awesome patio again.

This is a great place to enjoy a nice meal.. The prices are good the food taste great and comes out in a timely manner.The staff is nice and attentive. The bathrooms are clean I think a clean bathroom show a lot about a place. They have a bar in back with great drinks. OUTDOOR patio right on the lake.. great on a nice sunny afternoon with a margarita in your hand. Oh and the place looks like a castle. Which is awesome to see in lorain Ohio. Check it out you won't be mad about making the stop to this restaurant. For some great food and good drink.

I got the Burrito Bandera it was nice and big. Came with sour cream, lettuce, tomatos, and guac on the side. I ate pretty much all of it minuses like 4 bits but I was so full I couldn't take another bit. It was so good I highly recommend and I ate it so fast! Also had a Jarritos to drink, I got the lime never had it before and was actually very good!

I have gone here multiple times. The food and atmosphere are great. Only warnings are the hornets outside. If you are going to have sugary drinks then watch out for the hornets.
