This is a terrific gym. They have recently renovated the pool which is kept at a warm temperature. The gym is very clean and the staff are friendly.

The owners made me feel more like family than a member. The gym has great equipment, nice pool, clean, and plenty of classes. the owners (AJ and Hannah) are so kind and very caring. The other staff members Heather, Joel, & Trey are also very nice and helpful. My only suggestion to these nice people would be to man the front desk a little more. But if your looking for a family oriented yet professional gym this is for you. absolutely will get your money's worth.

Great gym. They have a video system where you can choose from several types of workouts and do it alone in a separate room. The videos include yoga, spinning and about a dozen different kinds of workouts. There is a great pool here as well. They are now a 24-hour facility and are a Silver Sneakers approved facility.

This place is great. They have all kinds of excerise equipment, swimming pool, health fitness classes for those who wish to join
Ample parking. They accept silver sneaker memberships. That's free with medicare. Otherwise membership is 26.00 a month for a years time.
Staff is very helpful.

The staff was very friendly. It only cost $5.30 including tax for a day pass and they have plenty of equipment. They are well equipped for the virus with paper towels and sanitizing solution everywhere. I would highly reccomend!

I love the large indoor heated pool. A great place to get a work out or do pool therapy. They have a wide range or activities. Nice and clean. Very friendly.

If you haven't popped your head in here And you know your way around the gym this place got a good deal. You're greeted by all the staff. They maintain healthy morale and cleanliness.

This is my gym. I attend 4-5 times a week. Great equipment and the health bar inside is outstanding. Ask for Jamie. She makes a great protein shake.

Nice pool area, lots of eliptical & stationary bikes. Lots of work out equipment and loads of free weights. Nice price was 25 @ month for 12 months was a special open 24/7

1st gym membership in my life and other gyms will have a hard time beating the experience and the price. Love the private room and massive selection of online classes to pick from for whatever im feeling like doing.

Nice clean place. Trainers are friendly and helpful. Equipment in great shape, A great overall atmosphere. 24 hour access is a plus. No excuses not to get healthy!!!

I have a great time there. Play beach ball in the pool Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 8:30 am. A good group of people to be around.

Dynabody gym and heated pool is a very nice place. Workouts, yoga, aerobics, and clean locker rooms. Heated pool is the best.

Supper friendly just got a one day pass and the people as well as the staff where very friendly will definitely be a member if i live inthe area
