I found this salon after my millionth attempt trying to replace my previous stylist who retired a few years back. Let me tell you, my hunt is over.
It started with super easy online booking. Then the owner texted and emailed me what (I thought) were automatic appointment reminders, until she said she left me an email to look at. In the email, she asked for a few photos of my current hair and an inspiration picture for my appointment. The communication was unmatched. Once I got there, I was greeted by everybody working, and never once felt like a stranger. My stylist Susie is incredible, and if I didn’t know any better I’d be convinced she practices dark magic with the knowledge and skill set she brings, because it’s just that good. She walked me through her entire thought process, explained each step and then explained realistic care routines I could expect. The owner even came over just to say hi, which nowadays feels unheard of.
It can be hard to feel comfortable in a new salon, but Aqua makes it feel like home. I don’t think I’ll ever leave after my experience today, and I definitely don’t think I’ll stop touching or playing with my new hair.

I have curly hair, and it's rare to get a haircut that looks good whether I leave it natural or blow it out. Caitlyn is excellent; I highly recommend her!

I just had a haircut with Caitlin and absolutely loved it! Caitlin is very skilled and talented, she understood what I was looking for and added her ideas, which turned out beautiful - probably one of the best haircuts I've ever had!

Last year I also had the opportunity to have the head, neck and shoulder massage after getting a gift card for mother's Day. I was actually looking for a full body massage (which they did not have), but I was very happy with the head, neck and shoulder massage - such a great experience and massage well executed.

I found this salon on google. Emailed back and forth with the owner Brenda. She answered my emails promptly and steered me in the right direction. I asked for Samantha to be my stylist because I loved all her work on her IG. She is aaamaaazing!! I can't remember the last time I left a salon feeling this happy, confident, and excited. I booked a future app with her as well. I'll admit that it is on the higher end price wise but you get what you pay for and it is worth every penny!! The salon is clean and beautiful and all of the staff was so friendly!!

Love this salon! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Went for a facial for the first time with Lindsay. I have very sensitive skin and Lindsay took care to be gentle and to not use any products that irritated my skin or products that contained items that I expressed having allergies to.
I can honestly say it was one of the best facials i have ever had. Her gentle touch was incredibly relaxing and my skin looked great! I will definitely go back and will recommend her to others to try. And as an added bonus that has nothing to do with the quality of her facial but demonstrates her attention to detail, I actually left with not only healthy looking skin that wasn't red and blotchy, but my hair didn't look like half of the facial products had been wiped into my hairline. I would highly recommend lindsay.

I LOVE this salon. I was looking for a new stylist and was linked with Ilona. I have had more compliments about my hair than ever before. She takes her time and makes sure she fully understands what I’m looking for before she begins. I’ve also been seeing Lindsay for my eyebrows. She’s fantastic. She’s slowly reshaping my brows to help open my eyes. The whole salon is clean and modern and comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and kind and welcoming.

Brenda is fantastic and amazingly talented!! My hair was a mess...literally multicolored from my over-processing of it. Brenda was patient and took the time to explain what would work best for me. She colored my hair beautifully and gave me an awesome style!! She also gave me some invaluable advice...I can't say enough good things about this salon. Everyone here is truly kind and they care about making this the best experience for their clients!! Many thanks--can't wait to go back!
