Went my first time today to drop off paper work, everyone was nice including the lady at the window before me. Especially the security guard who helped me get in and out quickly! Also whoever answered the phone and told me exactly what I needed and where to drop it off, thank you all so much!!!

I'm absolutely shocked, stunned an so greatful. Steve has helped so much, thank you so much! They literally make it look so easy to just in my opinion go over an beyond to help an do whatever they can in anyway. After stressing an trying for weeks and weeks trying to use Cuyahoga's online an phone system. I was literally trying hourly on both systems just to make a appointment, let alone actually have someone call me multiple times to help. Then I learned I lived on the border of Lorain county not Cuyahoga, it was a God send I feel. I just can't believe it or express enough how grateful. You guys literally did miracles in a matter of minutes.... WOW!!!😀

They were so friendly. Got me in right away even though I didn't have an appointment. Bernice T was even so nice to give my 8yr old son a doughnut because we had been running around all day. I highly recommend this place if you ever need assistance!!!

If you qualify as low income, these folks can help you in many ways, especially when it comes to managing utility spending and getting more efficient appliances. Come prepared, follow instructions, and have patience. They will take good care of you!
