Wow wow wow 🤩 I can’t explain in my words how much I love this place ❤

Firstly I would like to mention is the ambiance, the moment I entered the cafe I can feel the Christmas vibe and the rustic farm vibe !! I uploaded a video for you all!!

We ordered cappuccino coffee, hot mug cocoa with whole milk, oatmeal cookie, blueberry scone. I can’t complain all of them are yummy 🤤 coffee: I love enjoyed each sip until the last. I can smell the freshly made coffee it’s feels like a heaven in this weather ❄

Prices are more than reasonable. Very affordable coffee place and some sandwich and cookie snack options . Ambience is really nice for a local coffee shop . This place is spacious inside with enough seating capacity . Convenient parking outside . Lot of syrup flavors available. Milk house coffee has got a great taste which will make you visit this place again . I have attached menu pics as well for reference

I'll admit, my boyfriend and I were actually trying to go to Totem this morning to try it out for the first time, but it looked crowded and we ended up coming next door to The Milk House Coffee Co. for breakfast since we needed to be at the airport by noon. Genuinely was surprised such a nice place is located so close to my home. We both had drinks, a breakfast item and a baked good. All of it was great, reasonably priced and had a great, comfy atmosphere. There was a dog inside when we got there, which was great. Plenty of plugs for people to charge their equipment while they work. Staff was very nice. They also have one of those cool split-flap displays in the background that changes to show images or helpful information, like the weather forecast. I'm glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem!

Reluctant to review because I don’t want them to get too busy! ☕😁 Best kept secret of Indy coffee shops in Everett! Coffee is excellent. Staff is friendly service is on par with the indy coffee shops. Another thing I like about this place, they’re mostly not as swamped busy, as the other non-chain coffee shops here in town.

We love this family-owned coffee shop. The staff is Uber friendly! The coffee is great and their teas come from a local store. Last, their pastries are amazing! Most of them are made there... This is a great choice for a pre-work scone and latte, enjoy!

Love this place! The owners turned an old building which housed Walt’s Milk House, where I used to shop at in the 70’s, into a coffee shop with a couple seating areas and drive through. Love the fresh baked pastries from their kitchen, excellent Whidbey Bagels and locally roasted award winning Velton’s Coffee!

Modern and unexpected coffee house in Everett. My iced Chai latte was delicious and the barista was a delight to talk to. Very clean, great light, lots of seating space and outdoor seating.

I’m a bit delayed in posting this review, but want to give Milk House proper acknowledgment. When my order came out not quite right, the owner personally went above and beyond to fix the issue. It’s so refreshing and admirable to see businesses with such great customer service. They have earned a lifelong supporter!

I’m impressed with this Coffee house! The owners care to buy local products such as their Whidbey island bagels, and locally sourced coffee.

The cafe is absolutely spotless and it’s clear to me that the owners care about quality. The food was great and I enjoyed the coffee as well. They have a very unique cold brew system and I’m looking forward to trying that next time.

I wish I would’ve known about this place sooner. Seems more specialty and unique then your basic coffee shops. And love the gluten-free muffins !!

Coffee is fantastic; loved getting ceramic cups no matter what size. Their gluten free coconut raspberry muffins are now a craving for me.

Good coffee and pastries. And a pleasant inside seating area. Socially distanced. Really great, friendly staff. Beats Starbucks

Stopped in for some breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the inviting atmosphere and kind staff members. The everything bagel was delicious, so was my chai tea. There was plenty of seating and service was quick and friendly despite being a bit busy. They had the garage door open to allow a gentle breeze to come through and it felt great on this warm sunny morning! Will definitely be coming back to try the breakfast burritos and pastries. :)

My favorite coffee shop in Everett and just around Seattle in general. Always super sweet staff, tasty treats, and great coffee.

We love milkhouse! Highly recommend the bagels and the breakfast burritos (obsessed!), everything they make is amazing!

ETA, usually they deliver and it’s amazing but the last two times my coffee tasted like sunflower seeds. I don’t know why lol.

This is forsure my new favorite place, I wish I found it sooner. My barista was awesome and super friendly! Forgot to ask their name but I recognize them from another local stand. The bagel sandwich is 100% worth the $6 and the coffee was great!! plus they didn’t burn my coffee or fill my entire cup with ice, so that’s always a plus (sorry starbucks) 🤪

Great place for coffee. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The coffee is delicious. It’s great to see a business like this open on the area. Highly recommend.

Super bubbly staff - great customer service. Excited to try their local coffee. Lotuses we’re good - recommend the Shirley Temple if you like them sweet and want childhood flashbacks. 😄Also, Skinny Peach Lotus was yummy. 🍑

Great earl grey tea loose leaf is a must for me. great chai tea late ad well
