If I could give zero stars I would. We called one morning and asked if we would be able to come that same afternoon to see a car. The guy said yes we could, nothing further. They close at 5. We arrived at 3:45 to see the car. Doors locked, no one was there but the open sign was on. We called to see where he was, he answered and said he left early to go to a real estate appointment. He never mentioned that he would be leaving early for an appointment when we had called earlier. We said we would be up sometime that afternoon and he said that was fine. We explained that we drove 40 minutes to see this car, he didn’t apologize he just kept saying he had an appointment and that he “thought we would have come earlier”. Very frustrating that we drove over an hour and a half for nothing. 0/10. Bad communication and customer service.
