Best bank ever. The staff really does go above and beyond their job descriptions. Moved 30 miles away and it is well worth the drive to stay banking with river valley.

Not an easy place to conduct business. Seem to hit a hurdle while trying to complete the simplest of transactions.

Came in for help with my account. I was the only customer inside. Teller gave me a phone number to call instead of helping me. She said the person that could help me is bussy. I got home and waited on the phone. Phones are all busy. Nobody in the drive through, I was the only customer there. The number I got from the teller rang a scam center in India so I got the number of the web site but wast put on hold. There's about 5 or six people working there and I'm the only customer there, and I get deferred to a call center half way around the world. Time for a new bank.

Extremely bad customer service! Going on week three with no debit card and the only bank that doesn't print a card out. No one ever has an answer other than "mail is slow" and it's not.
