McDonald's

Every time I go to McDonald's the employees are respectful and provide excellent services. High praises to them for doing this job. We all know that not everyone can worked in a fast pace atmosphere.

I don't stop her a lot because in the past I always have issues with the order. But lately I've being having a good experience and the food very fresh.

This place is hella lit I love my yummy hot fries never had a problem here. Nothing better than hot salty appropriately greased fries on an empty stomach.

The staff was friendly and got my order out quickly and correct

The person who collected the payment is a very nice and bubbly woman who greeted me with a smile

This is usually a good location for inside visits if you have kids. Kids love the play area. It would be nice if every location had a play area. The current staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff at this location are kind and helpful, and the play area is clean and sanitary. My kids and I enjoy coming here.

I love this McDonald's above all the rest in lorain county. They continually are fixing my Mccoffee fails from the other McDonald's messing them up! I don't understand how the crew members don't remember me and make my coffee to look the same every day. Sometimes I order 2 the same way and they are both different looking when I get the same cream and sugar. Thank you crew for helping me out. 😃

My FOOD WAS HOT and you can't say that about every McDonald's plus the service was cool nothing special but no attitude when I changed an item kids had fun over all great place 🤞🏿.

90% of the time our order is correct, which is acceptable to me. The mistakes are usually very minor, ie forgotten ketchup packets. Very respectful and hard working group of people. Management must be doing great.

I'm giving it 5 stars. Like yeah sometimes the wait can be a min but that's expected cause you know, fast food, but my main reason is that out of all the McDonald's I've gone to this one is consistent in their iced coffee. Like every time it's great. Strong blend and good amount of flavor syrup.

Great! Haven't been inside , went inside and found a screen you can order and pay there ..was clean and hand sanitizers around .

Today there was lots of youngsters on the crew and a big line of people waiting for milkshakes. I was order 201 and at the bottom of the list, but I only waited about 5 minutes before my order came to me. Great job young ones!!

Food is good but not going to lie some of the employees need to learn good customer service

Previously I left a bad review because of the wait time BUT this morning I stopped for breakfast. There was no wait and the lady inside (guessing a manager or something)was clearly in charge and running things smoothly. Wondering if I can change my opinion about this place 🤔

This is the best McDonald’s in NE Ohio. The staff is always friendly, the service is always fast, and the food is always fresh! I would rather drive a little out of my way to come here, than go to a different McDonald’s.Definitely my favorite and would recommend!
