Yakutat Lodge

The customer service I experience at yak lodge is not like anything I’ve ever experienced elsewhere. Brianna and Chris are once in a lifetime characters. Brittany and Ed are truly a master of their craft. Whenever I have a question, Cody and Kraig are quick to answer. 10/10 recommend this lodge and the amazing staff.

The cheesecake is a little expensive though🙄.

Didn't stay at the lodge but did have food and drinks before our flight. Damn good food and the cook had everyone fed in plenty of time to catch our flight. Bartenders were very attentive and did a great job

Amazing place, friendly and knowledge staff. The "big house" cabin is beautiful and well kept with amazing views of the bay and mountains. Cody will take care of all of your needs, best fishing guides I have ever met. Make the trip and you will not regret is!

I had the opportunity to stay in their cabins on the bay. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view. They have everything you will need to process fish and a place for a bonfire. Cody and Craig want to make sure your experience will last a lifetime.

Incredible experience!!!! The staff at the lodge were a lot of fun and the guides were awesome. Had a great time with my family. Our Captain on the salt was Cody. One of the best guides I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He wouldn't take us to some of the deep holes that Jeff likes to frequent but he still made sure we had a great time and caught all the fish we could handle. He stepped up and helped us out on a river day when he didn't have to do it. Class act and an all around fantastic guy. Already trying to figure out how to get back out there.

Best trip that my dad and two brothers have ever been on. This fishing is incredible, food is good, and the staff and river guides are top notch! Had an odd experience with the local older deep sea guide. The river guides in summer of 2021 were the best we have probably ever interacted with ever. We are coming back this coming July. Can not wait.

Great place, clean (1st pic). Towels were stained and whatnot, but so are mine at home. Main thing was everything was clean, that's all I ask for. The best thing is the bar is across the road (2nd pic). Good chow, healthy pours, great company. Luis and Bre ROCK!

Great people here. Good service and breakfast. Willing to give information on surrounding area.

Thanks to Craig and Cody for working with us to provide a vacation we will never forget!! Cody took us out for a half day of deep sea fishing, and we caught a huge halibut and lincod! Craig and his crew made sure our fish was fileted and boxed ready to travel out with us on our flight the same day. The trip expense was completely worth it considering we had 50+ pounds of fresh, cleaned, vacuumed sealed halibut ready to throw in the freezer when we got home. You don't know what you're missing until you go to this magical place. We will be back again next year!!! Thanks guys.

Had a trip of a lifetime! Accomodations were great, (if you're a priss thinking of the Hilton maybe you don't belong here, )food was excellent and the guides were incredible. Thank you to guides Adam and Ryan for getting us on the fish that we came here for!

First time there. It's a great fish camp. Great guides. Special thanks to river guides Mike and Craig, and to halibut Captain (Just call me) John, for excellent advice and insight . We were very happy with our stay, and will be back.

Went on a guided river trip with my son. Our guide Adam was very friendly and knew every inch of the river. Thanks to Yakutat Lodge and their guide Adam my son and i had our best fishing trip ever.

Super hot showers, sheets smelled like bleach, beds were awesome. Authentic Alaska at its best. Brilliant place. Will stay there again

Pretty comfy rooms, great view of the bay, has a couple kitchens to cook food.
