I am always amazed at how fast this BMV gets people in and out. I usually don't even have to sit down.

I've used multiple services, numerous times here, & have had different of clerks wait on me each time. Pennsylvania motor vehicles was always a nightmare with poor operations & errors, long waits, & of course- attitudinal clerks. This place is a polar opposite. I've had some clerks more personable than others here, but I'm not there for friendly chit-chat & smiles (although I won't complain if they do), I'm there to get the business done accurately. They all have done that nicely, (thank you for today's work Oliva), 5 stars to all, thank you all & keep on doing what you do.

Everyone was so polite. I called ahead and spoke to the supervisor, who advised me of everything I need to bring in to take care of my out of state tags. When I got there, I checked in and was immediately called over to be taken care of. The lady who took care of me was so polite and efficient. 10/10

BMV employees are my heroes. I don’t know how they do what they do. So much paperwork and regulations and rules (that the state makes, not them, yet they get yelled at like it’s their fault).
This one is the best in the area. It’s even better than it was several years ago. Plenty of room, fast service. Everyone is actually down to earth and enjoyable to do business with.
I actually drive out of the way just to go to this one for our business fleet.

Employees are friendly and very efficient! This is one of the very best OBMV offices I have ever visited, and I have been to several over the years. This Dover, Monroe Office consistently provides exceptional service.

Dana was my representative and she was so very helpful! She answered all of my questions, pointed me in the right direction to handle business, and was very courteous. The staff at this location, since I moved back two years ago, have always been so helpful. They take time to answer your questions even when they are busy. Thanks for the great service and support!

I use ed to hate going here, but today has definitely changed my mind. They were so quick and nice. Things have changed so much for the better! I definitely won't dread my next time coming in. Way to go on your improvement!

By far this office is the best of the best!!! From the moment I opened the door and received a warm welcome to the mind blowing experience of getting everything I needed done in I say 10 minutes flat and back out the door I went! This office is an example of how ever BMV in the state should be ran. Thank you to everyone who works there for a great job and keep up the good work!!! I will be putting the word out about my experience!!

Ever since the ownership has changed I don't dread going to the BMV anymore. What used to take one hour here now takes less than TEN MINUTES and I had A LOT to get done. Kudos to the staff and the new owner. Keep up the great work.

Best BMV I've ever been to and I'm in my 40s! Five stations going, no line at all on a Friday, quick, friendly--really turned what's usually a headache into a nice experience. We were able to do the driving test right next door and the entire thing--signing in, testing, checking out on test side, then heading to license bureau and getting my daughter's license done--took less than half an hour. We drove an hour to get to this place and it was totally worth the drive.

Always super nice when I go in ! And when I went in she actually gave me a number so when I came back I just went straight up to the counter didn’t have to wait again !! It’s happened 3 times Tiffany R is who is writing this not Brandi !

Very pleasant and efficient. Taryn was so sweet and carried on a conversation with us and treated us like people instead of a number that she had called for the next person.

Due to the effects of COVID19 at this time, I had to take both of my kids to either New Philadelphia or Barberton, Ohio for their Drivers exam. My kids had their tests scheduled for June 30th and the other on July 22nd. I chose New Philly and I'm very happy to have done it. Their staff at Agency #7902 is exceptional in all categories. From the exam, to getting plates, to getting new driver licenses issued, I was not disappointed.

Renae at Agency #7902 took care of my kids and on both occasions. She was professional, friendly, and had exceptional customer service skills both times. I live in Canton and it's a half hour drive to this facility. It's worth the drive because of staff like Renae that go out of their way to do an exceptional job. Good help is hard to find, the bureau hit the lottery with Renae. Keep up the excellent work. I'll drive the half hour for the great service again.

They do what they can with the resources and rules they have. Why complain about slow service? Sure it's not the smoothest transaction ever and there's a lot of printing, signing, and stapling, but c'mon folks it's the dmv, not Starbucks.

My son had to take the drivers test and then get his license Amazingly we was in and out in 20 minutes .

No waiting. Friendly service. I'm from California, this can't be the DMV. But it is. Quick, pleasant, and professional.
