I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Everyone from the front staff to the physician was helpful and knowledgable.

The staff is always professional and I'm always impressed with the time Dr. Smith takes to answer my questions.

When i call to make an appointment, the receptionist says they are swamped, so i then get the appointment 2 weeks out. but every time i get there for that appointment, no other patients are there.

They don't care about their patients all they care about is getting their paycheck.
They told me they couldn't do a procedure that takes 5 minutes because it was going to take them too long. And I was SUPPOSED to be the last appointment of the day. Now, I have to wait until morning and drive an extra 20 minutes. If I could give this place a zero, I definitely would. Not to mention a few years back when my sister literally chopped her pinky almost all of the way off and all they could do was tell her to go to pocatello. This establishment is full of unprofessionals.

This place employs the most incompetent people I have ever seen. I was given unnecessary expensive tests before something a simple as an antibiotic was prescribed. Save Your money and your time and just go into Pocatello.
