Got 5 unlimited 5G lines & 5G home internet for less than what I was paying for 4 lines & internet already!
Kevin was hilarious & very kind. Made me feel like I was hanging out with friends. He made sure I was comfortable while waiting, took the time to explain what I was getting & helped me make sure I was getting the best deal.
Even when their system wasn't behaving the entire team did their best to make my visit a good one & to get everything perfect.

I needed an iPad for my business and walked into Verizon and Molly helped me pick one out, set up the plan on my existing Verizon account, and helped me pick out a case for it all in under 20 minutes! In a world of everything being done online, it’s nice to have a local store to go in when you need advice. The local Verizon store is always ready to help!

Had an awesome experience today at the Verizon Store. We had ran into numerous issues transferring a line. Went into the store today & Clint went over & beyond for us & got us taken care of. We are so appreciative! Thank you!

We love the Staff @ Verizon in Harrison. Never too busy to answer questions, or show us everything we need. They have always taken as much time as needed (on several occasions) to break everything down & make sure we are getting the best deal for our family. Erich & Clint are just the absolute best! We have been customers for years and have always left satisfied. My husband literally went in there 6 times wearing Clint and Erich both out on his choice in getting an Apple Watch. Every time very patient and extremely informative and knowledgeable. He finally made up his mind and the boys were there to assist. Yet letting us leave again extremely satisfied. Thanks again guys!

The people here are great! Never had any issues with anyone. They get you in help you get your questions answered in an efficient way without making you feel rushed. This store deserves more than 5 stars-unfortunately, however, that's all google will let me give.

I love this store! This store has had its ups and downs. They've had good staff and staff that led me to drop Verizon for several years. The current group is an example of what to do to keep customers coming back. They are knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and fast. If I go to a Verizon store, this is the only one I'll ever go to from now on.

Good store not a single complaint, don’t listen to the other reviews they’re wrong. My family has purchased (all on separate occasions) 3 iPhone 7plus phones from this location with out a single issue. An iPad no problem same staff nic is very nice. We’ve purchased an iPhone X and a droid all with helpful service and friendly behavior

Had a great experience at the Harrison store. Wayne helped us out a lot. He was very patient, and answered all our questions. We drove to Harrison from Mountain Home, as the Mountain Home store didn't seem to care about anything but iPhones and Samsungs. It was well worth the drive to Harrison for excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them..

I drive 70 miles to go to the store in Harrison. The Verizon, stores in Mountain Home, are useless. I walked in there with a problem and was out of there in less than 5 minutes.. I used to go to the Verizon store in West Plains, but they screwed up a rebate of $300.00. Great service and fair treatment, in Harrison.
