Emilio's Trattoria

My visit to Emilios Trattoria was incredibly positive. I was attending a convention in the area and on February 14th, I was able to walk in after calling ahead. I must say, the staff is exceptionally attentive, helpful, and fun. The food was exquisite. The location was within walking distance of where we were staying, and despite being full, they were able to accommodate us at outdoor tables.

The atmosphere was charming, and the service was prompt despite the busy evening. It’s evident that the staff takes pride in providing an exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend Emilios Trattoria to anyone looking for delicious Italian cuisine and excellent service. It was truly a memorable dining experience.

Large variety of Italian plates. High quality and tasty. Fast service. Pricey but worth it. Service is good. Atmosphere and ambiance is really nice outside during a sunset.

This is an awesome Italian spot on Bay Harbor Islands. I love the grilled octopus served with watercress and slices of tomatoes. It is perfectly seasoned and soft, not chewy. For dinner, I had the filet of branzino cooked in a white wine, lemon, and caper sauce. I had it with a side of vegetables but you can also get it with pasta or risotto. I love, love, love this dish. It melts in your mouth. My Husband had the Agnolotti ravioli in a pink sauce. This place never fails me.

Excellent food and service. Loved everything! The bread is outstanding. The chicken parmagiana is very large. The caeser salad is high quality. The strawberries with zabaglione is also excellent. There is a lively ambiance but the noise level is not loud so very easy to have a conversation.

Juan Carlos, Jorge, Laritza, Fabio, Jerry and Lona are the best of the best in service, they treat you like family, they take personal.

Emilio's is always a great place to eat. The staff takes very good care of you and the kitchen staff is very talented. I've ordered something different every time and, without fail, they bring me something delicious! Their wine selection is also quite good and their staff knows how to pair wine and food.

All the food we had was amazing, especially the branzino, carbonara, and the chicken marsala. And OMG the fresh bread they bring is next level! Will be coming back here more often for sure.

Excellent food and top notch service. This was my second time dining at the restaurant. I had the special shrimp and linguine and my husband had the chicken Parmesan. Both dishes were excellent! We also had fried calamari as an appetizer and the tiramisu for dessert. Everything was perfection. The staff here, from the hostess to the servers , is professional, attentive and welcoming. They make you feel at home from the moment you walk in.It’s really a hidden gem of a restaurant. The clientele appear to be well heeled yet the atmosphere doesn’t present the stuffiness and pretentiousness which you see a lot in the Miami Beach restaurant seen. What a combination: great atmosphere + great food + great staff . The result is a truly fine dining experience. We will definitely return. Again and again. It feels like home.

Great service. Wonderful food. Ate there tonight and the Osso Bucco Parpadelle was outstanding - silky smooth texture and full of rich beef flavor! Reasonable wine selection full of good choices. Enough choice without becoming bewildering. A Miami area favorite for me. Will be back every time I’m in town!

We have been going to Emilio's for the past 10 years. Every single year for my parents anniversary. From ages 73 to 83 is a big difference. The staff there have always been incredibly kind with my mother who has Alzheimer's. I cannot tell you what delicate sensitivities the staff has shown us. Excellent food, service and ambience!

I ate here with my boyfriend while on vacation in Miami and the whole experience was AMAZING. Our server was very great/attentive. Our food was amazing and you can tell the seafood was fresh. Definitley underrated as we went on a Friday night and it wasn’t very crowded, but they should have a line out the door because it was seriously that great. Definitley going again next time we’re in the area.

Where can I say. This place is awesome. Very good service. Excellent food. Gastronomica to a fine point. Do yourself a favor and try it. You will not be disappointed. Excellent wine list as well. They will even stay open a little late if they like you.

Service was amazing. Best dipping bread. My lasagna was amazing. My Italian boyfriend said the risoto was better than his moms. Will definitely be back.
