The Aviary at Middleton Market

From day one during greeting I felt welcome with open arms. The staff members are very accommodating/ respectful/ understanding and welcoming. My kids feels so safe in the environment, they love the amenities that the Aviary in Middleton offers. But none of this would be possible if it wasn't for the great staff members. I can't wait for the upcoming development to the addition ....

Toured this weekend and the gym and weight room are unreal. The two months free special is what made me look and I’m glad I did. Pretty cool place and thanks Michael for the tour out in this weather!

Oh, I love the Echelon bikes and the Arc Trainer - those aren’t cheap - it’s a full gym in there! And I’ll be trying out the arcade game for sure!

I have to say that living at the Aviary apartments has been quite the adventure. The apartments are beautiful, and yes they are a bit pricey for what is really offered compared to other apartments. But their property manager, Susan, helps absorb what is missing. She's been very helpful in getting things resolved promptly. She makes you feel so welcomed with her friendly personality, and remembering who you are. That in itself is priceless.

Every day since moving here feels like home. The staff, community, and amenities are great! I can't even stop telling my coworkers and family about how my experience is here. I don't even want to leave this place because I work from home and have more things to do after like working out at the gym that has 2 massage chairs, game room where I can be a kid at heart again, and the movie room where I can just relax and feel like I'm at the cinemas. You won't regret a thing by moving here. The leasing staff are always working together to plan community activities where we can enjoy our stay. Feels like I'm at a 5 star hotel only this is a permanent home. ❤

I recently landed in Middleton from abroad and was hesitant about being in unknown surroundings. That changed the minute I met Susan who was very keen about my concerns and expectations and who kindly and professionally toured me around this place. I decided to live here, I love it and most definitely it is because Susan and her team are so friendly, efficient, and caring. I highly recommend this place for families and their pets

The staff is 5 stars all around everyone has been so helpful and thoughtful and kind. If we needed maintenance or anything else we were getting a response within minutes. On that note Niko has helped us plenty of times and Iv always had great conversation with him. unfortunately is it so expensive to live here. Which is the main reason we are not renewing our lease. We pay over $2000 to live in a 1 Bedroom… there’s also no closet space im sure other units have some but we do have a nice large clothing closet but no coat/linen closet which was over looked when we fist toured last year. Unfortunately that’s nothing the lovely ladies in the office could’ve helped with. Honestly they’re really the only reason we’ve enjoyed living here. And that’s the only reason I’m giving 5 stars. Otherwise I’d give 2 or 3 with all the issues we’ve dealt with😕

The staff here has been incredibly accommodating and responsive from the beginning. I was in the hospital, having just survived a close call that ended with me in a wheelchair. I needed a ground floor apartment immediately. With a couple of phone calls, and filling out the lease online, my sister was moving my things in three days later. The building was very new when I moved in, and there were small details that needed attention. None were major, but they were each dealt with in hours and sometimes minutes of bringing them to staff attention. Compared to my last apartment complex, the amenities here are a whole different sport. Game room, movie room, fitness center with tons of equipment, underground parking. There are shops moving into the North side of the building in areas attached, but securely separated from the residences. Living here has been more than positive renting experience. I'm home.

I just moved in and I’m very happy with the location of the complex. I love the gym A LOT. I hate getting out in the snow to go to the gym and this gym has almost the same stuff as Gold’s. They have massage chairs.

It’s a new building. Smells nice and is clean. So far so good.

Hunter and Devin were both professional and kind during my apartment search. The apartments are brand new, beautiful, have high end finishes, and the complex looks great! Both sales staff were friendly, willing to show multiple options over a few days, but weren't pushy. I appreciated their knowledge and time!

We loved our apartment and the staff! Management is super friendly and are quick to respond to any questions. The current amenities are great and will only get even better once the Market is complete!

Move in was easy and comforting. Apartment was nice and clean before arrival, as well as front desk available to answer questions. Beautiful apartments, as well as a great place to live.

The kindness this apartment offers from the staff is unmatched.
