Our rural carrier, Daphne, is the best mail carrier on the planet. Shes the only reason we don't switch to a PO box. Thanks for keeping our faith alive in the USPS Daphne!

I love coming in there especially when the tall fat guy is working, he mows down the line and is very knowledgeable about everything! He saved me money on tires by knowing a cheaper place.

We watch every day as our mail woman skips our house. Gets our neighbors, get the business beside us, but completely walks by our house every day. We have had bills late due to them sitting in the mailbox with the flag up for up to four days at a time, not during holidays or days the post office is closed. We had to chase our mail woman down today who was rude stating they hadn't been to our block yet, confirmed she is the carrier for our house/block, but we watched from our window as she got all of our neighbors, looked at our house and kept walking . This is pathetic, we have no quarrel with the post office, they just for no obvious reason, not getting our mail

Our mail man refused giving is our mail, we move the mailbox from the bottom of our staircase to the top. The mail man didn't tell us that we were not allowed to move the mailbox and didn't let us know that he wasn't going to be delivering any mail to our house. After a wee of not receiving any mail, we called the dover usps and spoke with both the supervisor and postmaster at this location. Both employees were very rude, telling us that we're not allowed to move our mailbox and to move it back if we want our mail. This should be illegal to withhold our mail without any notice, we just purchased our home and didn't know there we such strict restrictions on mailbox locations. They have the audacity to withhold our mail, what if I was an old lady who didn't realise what day it was and my electric get shut off, now I don't have power and get sick and potentially worse. This is the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with and I've work with these companies for multiple years. It really makes you wonder why we pay taxes to give these people a living when they can walk an additional 6 steps throughout their day to help the people that give them a living.

Rude and dishonest workers. I stood in line waiting my turn and listened to the worker inform the customer he was waiting on that he and the other workers don't answer the phone when it rings. His proclaimed reasoning was because he felt it "wasn't his job" and "he doesn't want to talk to the idiots". My turn came up and I politely told him my name, address, and said I had a package to pick up. He proceeded to treat me like "one of those idiots" and very rudely told me I didn't know what I was talking about and the package was on my porch, all without moving away from the desk or checking anything. I told him his coworkers who brought me the pink slip saying my package delivery had been missed and it would be waiting for pixkup at the post office must have been lying to me then. His tone quickly changed and he tried to turn it around on me speaking once again about "idiots" who come there with misunderstanding. Needless to say, I will avoid going there at all costs.

They are refusing to deliver my mail because my mailbox is on my porch and not the sidewalk. When we called the post office directly, the post master said that once we move our mailbox to the sidewalk they will then deliver all of our mail that they are keeping from us. This is very irritating because every other house on my block has their mailboxes on their porches, so why can't I? I'm also hoping I can get my bills paid on time since they are sent through the mail and no one at the post office informed us that they were withholding our mail.

This post office and usps in general are unable to keep up with the tasks they've committed to. Terrible service. We've gotten other people's sensitive mail before delivered wrongly to our address and now 2 of our w2 forms have gone missing mailed out locally. Suspicious as +!*#!!. Try to talk with someone? Impossible! Terrible!

Very slow at delivering packages i hate when the seller ships packages via usps. I bought something on ebay and the seller was in columbus it has been seven days and it is still not here it was in the columbus distribution center for 5 days and for some reason they sent it the the akron distrinution center 2 days ago and that was with priority shipping i just have had enough of usps

The emplyee was RUDE! I needed to get things weighed out to find out what the shipping costs would be to send within the US and intentional on 4 items. He seemed like it was a bother to look it up, said didnt know if he he could it unless I was shipping it ( even though the Bolivar and Canton post office were able to) and giving me a hard time about the size of a box. Then he suggested to go to fedex for the international and we did and it was three times more expensive. Then as he was weighing stuff out he made the comment there is a line behind us. It doesnt matter. We were there first and you take care of your customers! If someone was shipping stuff in front of us we would have to wait our turn. POOR service!!!!

Employees were rude. That's enough to make me drive to a different post office just so I don't have to deal with it. Would give a zero if I could.

Most incompitant mail service EVER. Certified mail that was sent on the 3rd and didn't get delivered until the 12th then had a check mailed the 9th and here it is the 15th and it still isn't here. Sorry excuse for why the certified mail took so long and no excuse where the check is.😡😠 Dover postal service needs to step up their game because they suck
