Dec 28th update ! The new staff at this location today were amazing ! Speed and customer service was the best I’ve received yet. The old staff were not only slow, but we’re lacking in customer service. It was a all female crew today and they shined like a star. Please keep these guys around.

Amazing desserts and friendly staff. If you want a treat that will stimulate your tastebuds Black Bird Bakery is the place to go. Highly recommend.

I got a cannoli because I had never had one before. I wasn’t too impressed with it because the shell seemed to be too dry and flaked a lot. However, their donuts are to die for! I got a half-dozen (1 peanut butter, 2 cinnamon sugar, 2 maple and 1 coconut) and every bite was delicious. My friend got a butter pecan ice cream and it was also divine. I gave them a 5 star rating because it was that good!

I got their cherry limeade , very tasty! My husband got their mango smoothie(his favorite) and a glazed donut. Fast & friendly. Definitely a place to stop and grab a quick sweet treat or refreshing drink.

My diddly-dark-roasted coffee was colderino, but when I got home, I heated up my joe, which tasted scrum-diddly-umptious! 😊

Everything they have is delicious. It does seem a bit on the pricey side, but I admittedly don't buy a lot of coffee out, so I have little to compare it with. Service is always with a smile, and a great local business.

We saw the signs for this place while traveling on the interstate. We stopped for breakfast and, although it was drive-thru only, we enjoyed our food. Prices were extremely reasonable. My son said "these donuts are better than Krispy Kreme and "Dunkin' Donuts!" So, I'm not sure I have anything else to add. We'd highly recommend!

These guys make the best donuts and pastries around. They are always nice and I've never had to wait very long at all. Also if you like coffee I'm sure they have something you'd love.

My wife and I have been going to Blackbird, the drive through and the main shop for over 8 years. We have never been disappointed. If you love pastries, this is the place to go.

I visited this location twice while on vacation last week. Customer service was top notch and my barista Michelle was on point with her drinks. I asked her to surprise me and both times they were phenomenal. Wish I had thought to ask for the names of the drinks to share. I believe the cold one had white chocolate and cinnamon and the hot one tasted like a gingerbread man. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Bristol.

It was so great to be able to pick up a yummy dessert to take to my sister's since she was kind enough to fix lunch for me. Crème brûlée!

Creme Brulé so good! Many things are but those are a great place to start. I love that you can zoom in and out without waiting in a lengthy line!

Updated review: I heard that the people working here had changed so I decided to give it another go. Let me say "what a phenomenal difference!!! The guy and girl working each morning are so welcoming and awesome. They seem to try to get you out quickly but are friendly and attentive while doing so. The drinks are also better than they used to be.

I came through around 12:30 friday and ordered some doughnuts and an iced latte. Let me say the doughnuts were delicous however the lady who waited on me rushed me and was pretty rude. I get it as it looked like she was the only one working and I could have overlooked that but when she brought my drink to me it was hot so I asked her if I could get it iced like I ordered. She looked at me like she wanted to hit me and turned around. Sadly the window didn't close all the way so I heard her say I dont have time for this s***. This is not someone id want representing my company and I can promise you I will not be back.

Excellent experience!!!!! Fast and accurate service through the drive thru. All the yumminess from downtown without having to find a parking place! Will be back soon. Cinnamon buns are so freaking good!
