This Clinic is a great clinic. Don't listen to any false negative reviews. I have been going here since I was a little kid. The doctors here treat you with amazing care and carefully explain diagnoses. It is important to have a good trustworthy relationship with these doctors as they will go out of there way to make sure you are given the right treatment and comfort needed. These Doctors have never been wrong once about treatment with proper medication and diagnoses. A very professional and caring clinic. It's also important I come to realize over years is that you need to put your trust in these Doctors. I have had terrible Doctors in Hospitals with false diagnoses and always pondered the problem but never focused on the solution. These Doctors work extremely hard for this town and any patient they see. There just really busy so put your trust in them as they have saved my life literally. Thank You.

Went there for my DOT physical, they got me in and out.

Passing through and I was in a medical crisis and could not breath. The nurse and receptionist took me right back and helped me. After being help I had a lady.. Older short brown hair come out and told me I had to pay the full amount right there. I was un aware of this during arrival. The lady told me I had to pay the full amount right there. this lady was beyond unprofessional and rude she made me feel my crisis was an inconvenience to them. I was in Whitehall for a quick trip and ended up having a asthma attack. I did not bring extra money for an emergency like that. When the extremely unprofessional lady went back to talk too the doctor I heard the doctor and her both talking and they mentioned how I had money to pay for a wedding but not pay them today. I never said I couldn’t pay I just couldn’t pay right now. I have a great job. And pay all my bills. This lady gave me an extremely hard time told me this is a “life lesson” and to have money next time I go somewhere and I need to pay my bill before the statement gets mailed out. Needless to say even though I will pay my bill. I will NEVER go here again for help nor recommend this clinic. And I use to speak highly of this clinic. I’ve been in and out of hospitals and doctors offices due to my asthma but never have I had an experience like this. I’ve never been so uncomfortable. Thank you to the reception lady who asked this lady and doctor to stop talking about me and that I could hear everything they were saying.

Can the Drs kindly relinquish the documentation of the shots my son had here. Tammy will not do it. My son cannot receive shots without proof he had shots here. He is only 8 months. My husband has called several times. This is very imperative he gets his shots please. He is just a baby. I am asking someone to forward his record we already signed medical release. Clinic is waiting.

Still pushing the COVID jabs for money ...? Should educate themselves further before they do more damage ...do not get the jab ... Kaufman coinsidance...look it up ..dummy ...

Worst clinic I have ever had the misfortune of attending. So much in fact I had considered leaving the town all together. Does this clinic represent the town?
