Sinclair's Bakery

These pictures of Sinclair’s Bakery breads and pastries were used to make my friends jealous. (and it worked) They taste just as good as they look. Mark is an artist at his craft and I recommend driving the extra mile or (1000 miles in my case )to get some. Truly a treat to any ones day. I look forward to my next opportunity get more of these exceptional breads and pastries.

Without a doubt Mark has the best pastries in the valley, and the best I've ever tasted. His cheese danish and croissants are stupid good. That being said, everything I've ever tried is great and you can tell he makes everything with love. Be sure to check him out at the Bozeman winter farmers market or the Big Sky summer farmers market.

I have been very happy with every item I have purchased from Sinclair's Bakery. I have been a customer for many years. My favorite is the croissant: light, flaky, buttery and oh so flavorful.

I got to try some of their products at the market and they were delicous. Great consistency, flavors, sizes, prices, you name it. I recommend the spinach pastry and apple strudel. Looking forward to next time already!

Mark makes the MOST incredible bread and pastries. His croissants and tarts are flaky, buttery and just perfectly baked. During the early pandemic shutdown, my husband and I started ordering weekly, and it's become the highlight of our weekends to have these wonderful fresh treats magically appear.

These pastries are to die for! My favorite is the cheese danish, but the bearclaw is amazing, the savory croissants (ham & cheese, and spinach artichoke) are mouth-watering, and my family's favorite is the cherry danish. Not to mention the bread! If you're lucky enough to snag a warm baguette from the truck, it will make your day! You can't go wrong with ANYTHING from Sinclair's!

Hands down the very best pastries and bread you’ll ever taste! My mouth is watering just thinking about the yummy goodness of everything Mark makes. My kids beg to go to the farmers market just to get something from Sinclair’s Bakery.

Mark is a master baker & artisan, creating bread with the perfect crumb and chewy crust without the gumminess often found with sourdough. The potato rolls are delicious for burgers and sandwiches and hold up unlike more fragile brioche buns. It may be his pastries though that create the mile long line at Bozeman and Big Sky farmers markets! Worth getting up early for!

Simply the best baked goods I have ever had. Breads, turnovers, rolls... all of it! Mark is a talented guy and simply one of the nicest people around. Can't wait for my weekly cherry turnovers!!!

I drive over an hour each way to get my Sinclair’s Bakery fix! I can’t live without his Buckwheat Flax bread. So hearty and delicious! I have never found any bread that comes close to the flavor. And I need Sinclair’s apple strudel to eat on the drive home. Best I’ve ever had.

Montana’s best kept secret — A world-class baker working out of his custom designed mobile bakery, quietly cranking out precision-perfect pastries and breads. My faves are the buckwheat bread and baguettes, and it’s always hard to decide which pastry because they’re all delicious.

My family and I look forward to our Sinclairs goodies! The potato rolls are a staple for us, the spinach puffs are the best way to start our day and the apfelstrudel is absolutely delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything he makes!

I just got to eat one of his freshly baked baguettes! They’re so crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside! Everything he makes is super top notch! I can’t wait to continue seeing him at the Big Sky Farmers Market!

Ig you are lucky enough to get to try some of Sinclair's Bakery breads and pastries, you will want more! So much work and attention goes into his products, they are absolute perfection!
