My pets and I have been well taken care of here at every visit. Staff is kind and helpful and the vet listens to all my concerns. They've been sympathetic through me losing my old Nala and patient with my very anxious dog.
They do great work and I am so grateful for all they do! 💜🐈‍⬛🐕

Dr. Rantala saved our family dog the other night after she was hit by a car. She was swift to meet us at the office after hours and she stayed until our sweet baby was stabilized. She is really friendly and helped us feel calm. Would recommend this vet to anyone as they truly care about their patients!

I haven taken my pets here for years and am always happy with how they evaluate and treat my animals. Scheduling is easy. Pricing is reasonable. They are very accommodating and understanding of my very anxious dog. Dr. Rantala is always very nice and answers all my questions.

Very caring staff who is extremely helpful in the clinic and with questions and phone calls. They have done all the care for my dog and have been great at caring for my barn cat although we were turned away from other clinics because she's more difficult. I really appreciate that they love animals and want to help. The clinic is clean and has a pretty good set up.

Very loving and trusted vet for as long as she has had her shingle hung out. Love the vet techs too. They know my animals and our family. Top notch facility and staff.

They are great with my yorkie.
He likes to go there. They saved his life when he ate rat poison.

My little dog's life was slipping away over the course of a weekend despite the best I could do, & I wasn't ready to lose her! We brought her in on a Monday in a *terrible* condition & left her in the care of these excellent professionals for intensive care.

They saved her life steadily, patiently, [economically], & without giving false hope. Techs called morning & evening to give updates, & never did begrudge me time for a visit to their little patient. Dr. Rantala made herself available when able, to give us updates without additional appointments. Still, I couldn't believe my eyes when Lefty came tottering over to me when we picked her up the following Friday. She'll be a special-needs dog for a while, possibly the rest of her life, but to understate: we're grateful & indebted to the kind, capable people at this hospital for every additional moment.

Cat had 2 seizures about 8:00 pm. Vet took our call after hours and met us at the clinic to take care of her. She has shown improvement almost immediately.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone there ensures you and your pet have the right information, care and help. They're so kind there. It's such a good place. I definitely will keep taking my lil guys there.

Dr. Rantala is always very willing to listen to any concerns I have regarding my animals. She is also very compassionate along with all the vet techs at this office. We’ve been very pleased with the care we’ve received at BAMC.

Staff is great and the vet does AMAZING with my "touch me not" husky! She gets down on the floor with her and waits for her to make the first move! Love it here!

Excellent service and very helpful Veterinarian. Lots of super friendly Vet techs out in the lobby that were knowledgeable on dog behavior and training. You can go here and learn what they teach you in 6 weeks at Pet Smart in training your dog! Lol! Also, they have “life-time” warrantied dog collars and leashes here that are very reasonable in price! Don’t waste your money anywhere else, especially if you have a chewer!

They helped with my 12 year old Black Lab mix when she got ill. My old vet took x-rays and said nothing was wrong. Bannock vet did an Ultrasound and discovered a cancerous mass in her abdomin. She had been failing for weeks so I said my goodbye. Bannock was so gentle and sweet to her.

Wonderful experience! They explained everything about getting my Miss Molly cat fixed and her shot schedule, and answers to all my additional question. The Vet and Alpine staff were very kind. Thank you so much!

Friendly people, cared about my cat, have a separate entrance for dogs and cats which is nice. My cat just needed a check up and some shots, so can't talk too much about the quality of care for serious medical problems.

These vets and vet techs are wonderful as they care about your pet as much as you do. They care for your pet and then they call you and let you know what they found with your pet and what they feel is the best way to treat your pet. They will continue to be caring for my pet in all the days to come as I want a doctor for my pet that is as good as the doctor for me.

I’ve taken my dog to multiple veterinarian's all of which have been good, but what stands out to me about Bannock Animal, is the veterinarians listen, and care. The staff is nothing short of amazing, and the prices are agreeable. I want to thank each individual worker at Bannock Animal that make the place what it is. Thank you!

Bannock Animal hospital was able to get my grandsons cat in right away on Friday afternoon. They got her UTI diagnosed and we were able to get her started on the medication right away instead of waiting over the weekend. They are all super nice and very helpful with any questions we had.

Everyone at Bannock Animal Medical Center are wonderful from the receptionists to the techs to the Dr!
Their love for animals is obvious. When I took our puppy in for a red bump on her tummy, which turned out to be a bug bite, they were just as concerned as I was and didn’t make me feel silly when it was realized it was just a bug bite. I would recommend 10/10
