Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach

I noticed a lot of the negative reviews mentioned rude staff, however this was not the experience I had. Every single employee was extremely friendly from the front desk to the maintenance people as well as all housekeeping staff we met along our 10 day stay. Room was great, breakfast was great, location is great. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Excellent location and within great walking distance to Juno beach . Staff is friendly and hotel was very clean. They take care of this hotel constantly. The included breakfast is pretty good although they ran out of the potatoes multiple days. The pool was clean and furniture in great shape. I saw no negatives in this place. Coffee always fresh and ready. Great value here.

Isabel is terrific. This hotel is very solid, clean and comfortable, superior location, really good exercise room - although fairly pricey.

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, the front desk staff is very nice, and they are close to the best restaurant in Juno Beach, Thirsty Turtle Seagrille. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location to the beach, great restaurants, and amenities. The staff are very nice and the breakfast offered was a good value. However the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and I wish they would have had an option of a topper of some kind to soften it. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

The experience was amazing. The breakfast was good, got a balcony room no extra charge. Was able to hook up a game system to the TV no problem. Free variety of coffee to customers all day and night. And the two ladies at the front were astounding. Will definitely be staying there again 😊

I am updating my review to reflect my on-site experience. When I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the manager. She exhibited a top-notch, guest-forward professional attitude. Positive, friendly, asking what she could do to make my stay perfect. I had booked a 2 queen room based on availability rather than preference. She immediately offered to find a better room. Which she did. At the same rate. The hotel was clean. Rooms quiet and on par with the Hampton brand. Not freshly renovated, but certainly not old and shabby either. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Tonya at our check in was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, hotel is very quiet in general. Great location and decent rates, considering it was a last minute booking and a holiday weekend. Special thanks to Tabitha who helped us with a late check out due to unforseen circumstances. Very nice property only a few blocks from the beach. Property is on a main road and does have a bit of seclusion away from everything. If you need some food, gas or etc you will need to drive to find those things.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of hot water. AC worked very well, the location felt safe and secure at all time and the price was pretty good. Sort of what you typically expect from a Hampton Inn.

The breakfast was a lot of your standard breakfast items but the did have a few twists. Waffles were red velvet and malted vanilla flavors. Eggs were made into a plain omelet with your breakfast sausage links and echrich style sausage. When you stay in hotels much you really appreciate the properties that add a little twist to breakfast. They only I didn't care for was when they ran out of waffle batter that was it for the day at a certain point. We probably still had 30 minutes left of breakfast and one of they guest was told that was it for the day.

Stayed here for a father daughter trip. The facility was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly the whole time. The beach is a few blocks away. Free parking, breakfast, and wifi. At breakfast they also have grab bags, in the event you need to be somewhere. There are several snacks and beverages you can purchase.

We found a lot of places close early but the Thirsty Turtle is open late up the street and they also have an express option where you can order food to go. We did that and brought it back to the hotel to eat. If we ever return to the area, I would stay here again.

One of the better Hamptons I have stayed - Ms. Vee at the front desk is super nice - wonderful smile and will let you know where the locals go for a bite.

Staff friendly & helpful. Fantastic location to beach (2 1/2 blocks) as well as restaurants, Papa Kwans Coffee, fruit stand, pharmacy etc….

The Hampton Inn is reasonable in terms of location, amenities and rooms. Even for families there is quite enough room, staff is friendly and helps if necessary. You can visit the surroundings without any problems. It is not an unique experiences but definitely worth the money.

Very friendly staff — very accommodating. They helped out a lot even though it was too early to check in. Awesome first impression. The large bedroom was immaculately cleaned and prepared. Can’t wait to see how the rest of the stay goes. The one downside is no lunch/dinner or bar on-site but they sell some beer/wine and snacks. The staff had some good suggestions on nearby restaurants too.

Isabel at the front desk was wonderful. When we walked in we were greeted with a smile. The hotel was very clean and smelled absolutely wonderful when you walked through the door. Hotel grounds were very nice and well kept.Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows could use some work, complimentary breakfast was great and they had a nice selection to choose from. One of my favorite things is they have coffee ready all day and all night. Great location and a very peaceful hotel to stay at and can't wait to visit again.

The hotel staff has been fantastic. The breakfast was done very well and items replenished as soon as they got low. They always have coffee in the lobby ready to go. The room is spacious and it exceeded my expectations. I use the fitness center in the pool and both are kept clean and provided a good experience.
I would definitely stay here again. It also is a great location to the beach less than a 10 minute walk. There are also restaurants within walking distance.

Hands down this was the BEST pet friendly hotel I have experienced thus far! My family and pups enjoyed every moment of our time there. The hotel is cleaned exceptionally well by their professional and kind housekeeping staff. The front desk staff (CC, Stephanie and Isabelle all went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Thank you for this beautiful property and perfect location, I enjoyed it and will return soon!

Honestly this is a great hotel and location for the price. Last time I was there Red was amazing at the front desk. Very friendly and personable and made sure I had any help I needed. I wanted to give a shout-out to Red specifically. I can also ride my bicycle all the way up to Jupiter or down to singer island on pretty safe streets directly from here.

I stayed here twice and had a small issue with my second stay. Isabel reached out to me and made it right the very next day. Great customer service here and the rooms were very clean.

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Good location, very close to many stores and attractions. Very pleased.
