Every time that I go, it’s what I expect. That is some good food for a good price. No one ever said this was the place of spectacular southern hospitality, just that they provide food. I mind my business, get what I need, fill my belly, and have a good day. I have never been met with a nasty attitude because I don’t go there looking for people to be overly cheerful and friendly. I respect them, they respect me, I get my food, and I’m out. Imma keep going there for breakfast because I like it and because they’re black.

Was kind of scared to try because of the reviews but I tried it out anyways... Food was amazing.

The service people are good the food is excellent this is a good place to eat for breakfast only cuz they only serve breakfast.

My experience here was 10/10. My food was so flavorful and delicious. I got chitterlings, white rice, Mac and cheese, yams, and green beans. I would definitely recommend.

Love it! Best bbq place just wish they had banana pudding. "Update" If you love BBQ this is the place to go, if you're into Chitlins also the place to go to, this is as southern as they get when it comes to soul food. As I stated in my old review I wish they continued to make Banana Pudding. That is what elevated them over the others, otherwise this is still a great place to eat from if you have the taste for that good ol southern food.

I great place to get good old southern and soul food, food is excellent ,know matter what dish you get and price are good, staff and management is very friendly and helpful. This coming from good old southern boy from Tennessee, Johnny red.

The chitterlings we're not Aunt Daisy's ...They tasted like they were prepared by a young person. the service was great I will return to try a different entree
