Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach-Oceanview, an IHG Hotel

GREAT hotel! Debbie, Susan, Jason and all the staff we met were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Property and room is clean and beautifully kept. Great pool and 5 minute walk to the beach - without crossing US 1. We recommend this Holiday inn and would go there again.. and again! Thank you!

Slow check-in.. but fine, friendly. The room was nice! Didn't get to enjoy the pool - too busy of a weekend. I didn't, but my roommate was able to walk down to the beach, so that's a plus! Walking distance to restaurants and other things... so that was great. Downside for all of us (our BoD stayed there for our weekend meeting) is we all saw the pancake maker at check-in... but the next morning it was labeled as not in service. Needless to say, all of us were bummed!

Room was clean and good amenities. Close walk to the beach, restaurants close, nice breakfast options. No hot tub but pool was great.

❤💕 The website pictures of rooms really do NOT do the rooms justice. The rooms are a good size, lots of natural light from patio doors. Beds/bedding are very comfy. Stayed in a 2 Queen room with husband and two kids for 48 hours. It’s an older hotel, but well maintained. The landscapers even gave one lady a fresh coconut! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. Pool area is a decent size and there was enough seating for everyone. I would definitely stay here again. Well priced and great location. ☺😘

I arrived here after traveling 1,400 miles. First impression was the exterior was clean and appears that the property is well kept. The first interaction with site Staff was Amanda who assisted me with my check-in. Amanda was professional & very polite.
Check-in was quick & she provided all information I needed for the duration of my stay, even taking the time to thoroughly explain everything. The building I stayed in has secure access. Room is large and one of the cleanest I have had, Housekeeping Staff does a fantastic job preparing the rooms, even the hall ways are very clean! I do travel a lot for work and would not hesitate to stay here again if the need arises.

We have stayed here quite a few times now and have always been very impressed with our experiences. The staff is wonderful and has always been helpful in providing recommendations for things to do in the area. The location to the beach is unbeatable for the location, and the hotel even has chairs and umbrellas you can rent for the beach! Cleanliness of room and housekeeping staff has always been fantastic. We are looking forward to going back!

I stayed a the Holiday Inn in Juno Beach for one week with my two children from July 25 to August 2, 2023. We had a great time at the hotel. It is conveniently located a half block from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, pubs, pizza, and wildlife centers. The Juno Beach Pier is about a mile walk.

As for the hotel, the staff at the hotel make it a great experience. Susan checked us into the hotel (a bit earlier than check-in time) which was much appreciated, it was a Wednesday, so I do not think they were overcrowded. The hotel is more crowded on weekends. Justin was very personable as he helped me to obtain beach chairs on a regular basis for the beach, which was a nice bonus as I am from out of state. Justin also baked great cookies that were put out at night several times during our stay. Jacob who worked the front desk in the evening helped me a few times along the way, going out of his way to help us print out tickets that we had purchased online. The printer was out of ink, so he just had me email the tickets and he printed at his desk for us. He also joked around a bit when I asked to be let into the gym, which helped me do after hours.

The breakfast was above average on a daily basis, with many great options. Biscuits and cinnabons were made fresh each day and everything was very clean. Our hotel room was on the third floor with a decent view from our balcony. Overall, a great experience! I highly recommend this hotel, because of staff, service, and the little extras that went a long way to helping make this a great vacation!

Love this place. We go several times a year. Rooms are good, pool is good. Staff is always nice. Restaurants are all over. Best, you just walk a block to the beach.

This is honestly one of the best hotel experiences my family has ever had! Every employee we came across was so sweet and helpful and the suite was spacious. The pools also huge, and their beach access is rodght down the sidewalk and gorgeous. Breakfast is included every morning and has things like turkey sausage and egg white omelettes, plus lots of other stuff (cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy etc). This hotel even has bikes, beach chairs and towels that are able to be checked-out every day. We will absolutely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn hotel, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a quick getaway. The location of the hotel was also advantageous. It was conveniently situated near local attractions and the beach, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and the best part it was pet friendly :)

We went to this holiday inn to take our large, clean well behaved, quiet dog to juno beach. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool area and grounds were well maintained and we actually enjoyed a shady afternoon by the pool on hot windy day. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked with good coffee, biscuits, cereals, breads/pasty, eggs and breakfast meats
In future, It would be nice to have fully tiled rooms for pet rooms.

Great location. Walk to the free beach. You can swim or fish at your own risk( free beach). If you need a life guard, stay elsewhere. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and offered a free breakfast. A large clean pool was a plus. The rooms needed an update but the bed was comfortable and the room was functional. I would stay at this location again.

We took our son to Juno Beach last Summer. We promised him that we will come back this year. I called the hotel, and I told the situation with our family matters. She didn’t hesitate to cancel for me.

All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly. Very clean rooms and public areas. Their fitness center was being renovated and was not usable but we were able to bring the free weights out to the pool deck and still get in a great workout with a beautiful view! We loved their bike rentals as well! We chose this hotel for their location near the beach and it’s a very quick walk to the beach. We have already recommended several people come check it out.

Nice hotel. Great location. Dog friendly. Our room smelled funky. Carpet was wet (probably why the smell). The water in the sink was scalding hot and the shower was quite cold. Comfy beds. Very nice cleaning staff. Internet worked well. We stayed in room 244, building C. Nice balcony. View of parking area not the pool or partial ocean view as told. Nice pool. Needed some help to clear up the water.

This hotel is a GEM! Very quaint, but not far from the palm beach attractions. The beach is 1 block away, my kids loved it. We picked up shells and watched turtle hatch at night.The pool was clean and kid friendly, it’s mostly 3ft deep, 8ft being the deepest.The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was a bonus each morning. They offered good food and kid friendly options. I highly recommend this hotel for your family/self getaway. Thank you all so much for a great stay!

Feels like you'reat a beach resort. <5 minute walk to the beach. Staff was very welcoming and made our stay feel special. Clean spacious rooms. The hotel is pet friendly, and the fee is nominal. Close to many restaurants, but many close a 9pm.

The room is very nice, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a few great places to eat in walking distance.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was great, the pool was nice and refreshing, lots of restaurants within walking distance, and just a short walk to the beach. But we would really like to thank Susan at the front office for making our stay such a great one. We had an issue at one point and she immediately resolved it for us. Thanks again Susan and staff.

Not sure what happened but on check in we were told to get put out do not disturb sign out if we Did Not want room service. We didn't even have it on the door and in a 5 night stay it only got cleaned 1 time. We had to go and ask for towels. However still our most liked getaway place. Love it.
