Where is the personal touch, you ask? The owner personally made contact with me to discuss my vehicle repair needs. Every step of the way the process was blessed by honesty. This is a good, trustworthy shop. I spent $2k here and I don't feel bad about it. It was necessary.

ONB is great! They were able to get me in for an oil change on my desired date with somewhat short notice. I was offered a loaner to use (didn’t use), and the service was friendly and thorough. I recommend!

ONB exceeded my expectations! My son's car was broken into, window smashed and the ignition pulled apart. They got the car in quickly, dealt with our insurance and communicated everything along the way. Some repair items weren't easy to find but instead of being content to wait for parts to become available they did a thorough search and had the parts shipped so we could get the car back quickly for the amount they originally quoted. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I appreciate the fact that you came quickly to my Aid when my car died there in your back parking lot, however the price to fix the problem overwhelmed me. But under the circumstances there is no way to get around that. You did save me from having to replace my rear brakes thank you for your kind and considerate service.

After losing confidence w/Bucky's I headed over to ONB Auto. This crew, led by Mike, is the best in Everett, bar none.

They are honest, forthright and willing to go over every detail of your repair with you. I've never had a mechanic explain to me in such great detail what is going on w/my car, and how they plan to fix it. They even take pics of the car's inner systems to help show you what's wrong and how it can be repaired. Wanna see your old part? No problem! They'll show it to you.

They kept me updated on their progress every step of the way. They did only work they had cleared with me first. And they were able to diagnose and fix a problem that had previously stumped 3 other mechanics. Not only that, but they texted and called me a few days after I picked up my car just to make sure it was running well. And it is. I cannot recommend them enough! I'll never go anywhere else.

They may not be the cheapest but they are THE BEST. And they're on par with other mechanics in the area. The only difference is they do things with the highest level of care, consideration, and accuracy all of the time. They're in no way scheming or interested in upselling, like so many mechanics I've come across. What I paid for is exactly what I got. No hidden charges. They were even willing to source salvage and refurbished parts for me to save on cost.

For your convenience they have a drop box so you can drop off your car before or after business hours. And there is plenty of parking in front of the building as well as streetside. 5 star mechanics. Thank you, ONB! And thank you, Mike! You guys rock!

I’ve had a honest, reliable and an excellent relationship with ONB Automotive. My vehicle has been well cared for and maintained.

Had to bring my Trailblazer in for an alignment after completing some suspension work. Not only did the crew at ONB get me in a day early they also gave me insights on some things I could do myself and save a few bucks. I was very happy with the work done on my auto, as I have with the work they have done on my auto the last seven years. I was alway able to get a loaner auto as will as well fast service on my auto.

Really great place to take your vehicle for repair. We had brakes and radiator repair work done. They were up front, honest and very fair. Great experience and glad that they are in Everett and so close to where we live. We will be back in the future!

They are the best! So accommodating and now my 8yr old car runs like it’s new

I have been coming here for over a year and I have nothing negative to say about ONB. My car is defintely not your common repair. It is a 85 300zx and I have been turned down by multiple shops because they simply don't want to try to work on it. ONB has always taken the challenge and succeded. Electrical, mechanical, doesn't matter, they always meet and exceed my expectation. Any time my car requires extended repair times, they always offer a loaner free of charge. One of my favorite things about ONB is the notes they leave on your reciepts. Every job they have done comes with an extensive summary of every piece of work that was performed. (Im serious, it is practically a novel.) It is very useful to reference.

I had my car towed there. It was a computer issue had to be sent out for repair. I was quoted $2000.00 but the final bill was $1570.00! They did a full vehicle inspection at no charge. I am very happy with the service they provided and will use them again if needed.
