The drinks food and service was 10/10 throughout our fining experience. The drinks were better than $20 cocktails at a fancier place, especially the vodka lavender lemonade. Kaitlyn was an excellent attentive server

Stopped in to have dinner here the other day and our waitress was great! All the food was very good. So I give this place five stars! 🌟 I really like the outdoor seating area too because it's very well shaded and very nice the only downside is the cars driving through let out a lot of exhaust so if you're sitting out there you wouldn't want to breathe that in while you're eating. So for that reason we decided to dine inside. This restaurant's located in a large shopping plaza that has lots of other stores you can walk around.

Ryan J gave me and my fiance great service. The place was decently busy and got our food pretty fast for what we ordered. Everything tasted really good. Great job to Ryan J and staff there.

Awesome service! CJ is a great server and was attentive to our needs . I have dine at outback throughout US. I am from Miami. The palm beach gardens location was a great choice!

My family and I went here on 3/31/24 Easter Sunday (Resurrection). There was no wait time and we were a party of 7 including 2 children. Our server Garrett was very attentive. Garrett waited patiently for our orders and he was friendly, funny and pleasant to talk too. When our food arrived there was some issues. Garrett immediately reported to the manager/partner Tina and she expeditiously corrected the issues. The food was great and pleasing to the eye. It was another server Blayn that brought our beverage out he was great and interacted with the children. All in all it’s a great atmosphere for a family. Food was great.

Tonight’s dinner was excellent. What made the evening experience so great was my server CJ. He did an amazing job and was so nice. I was very impressed with his professionalism!

The service here was amazing. All the 5-6 team members that stopped by our table were super attentive and willing to make things as perfect as possible. We were really shocked to receive such pleasant service from past experiences at other locations.

We chose this Outback for a family double adult birthday and so glad we did! There were 7 of us, we all got something different and everyone said their food and drinks was perfect! The staff was great! They paid special attention to our birthday girls and we had a lot of fun!

Megan did a great job in serving us. I was there with my family. We had a great time Celebrating birthdays. I give megan five stars.

Had a quick meal with friends and had a great experience. The food was ok but the server was awesome! Beverly was so attentive! Best server in there. I hope we get her every time!

I want to shout out my server Marcus, who took great care of me and my girlfriend even though the rest of the restaurant was slacking, they appear to be under construction as there was no decor, and you wouldn’t really know it was outback by looking around. Food was good service was excellent, Thank you Marcus!.

Had dinner here tonight and it was wonderful! Ryan J was our server and he was lovely - service and food were fantastic! CJ is the BEST bartender!!!! Also, Cassie is a wonderful server as well!!! Top notch all around and will be back!

Had an amazing experience. Food was great from Appetizers to ribeye and desert. Jada was incredible and couldn't have been a more perfect server.

Overall, the food was very good. However, one dish call Kingsland Pasta was ordered with steak medium well and it came in overcooked, it took about 20 minutes to get a replacement steak and the manager came by and said, "Iv took the price and minus did from your bill." I did not ask, she offered and I consider that to be top quality service.

We visited the Outback in Royal Palm Beach, Florida on 12/29/23 approx. 5:00. Our server was Mike and he was outstanding. He took our orders, returned to our table several times checking up and even had time to discuss menu items and his personal recipes. We love dining out but if the server leaves us cold we do not return. This did NOT happen. We will return & request Mike's area. He mentioned he works weekend evenings. Mike is a pleasure!!

After years of patronizing Outback Steakhouse on N. Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens FL, my family stopped patronizing said establishment because the service and food quality had significantly deteriorated and was deplorable.

However, my family decided to give Outback another try on April 10 2024 following a multi-year absence. Although our meal took a while to be served and the steaks were over cooked and not prepared to our liking, the Proprietor, Tinasue Burchfield, went above and beyond to address our concerns and to make things right. Furthermore, the service received from our waiter, Wolfgang, was superb.

If you too had written off this Outback location, I highly recommend giving the restaurant another try as the 'new' Proprietor demonstrated a strong commitment to service quality and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Because my family's dining experience went quickly from bad to good, we will be returning soon for another meal.

Went in for an early dinner on the way home from a road trip. Was surprised at the outstanding service we received. Thyan was our server, his recommendations and suggestions were on point, he had great knowledge of the menu, and what he thought we would like. Made the experience outstanding!
