Me and my husband stayed here last night in the Phantom of the Opera room, this is a night we will never forget and remember forever. My husband is a huge fan of Phantom of The Opera and always wanted to stay here. Finally his dream came true. Couldn't have been happier with our stay, the room was breathtaking and beautiful. We feel blissful and in love💕 Thank you for making our trip so wonderful. I would recommend to everyone! Well worth every dollar we spent!!! And the breakfast was delicious 😋 the views from the hotel we're absolutely beautiful. Love love love 💕💕💕

What a romantic and luxury B&B! I was given a tour by one of the daughters of the owner, she was incredibly kind and welcoming
Each room is individually themed.

Lions Gate Manor is a beautiful place with fun themes. We went when certain parts were under construction but it was not noticeable. I enjoyed the balcony as well as the royal table. Thanks for having us, hope to be back one day

I have stayed at many places in Lava, and the only thing I’m annoyed with is that didn’t find this place sooner, and have stayed in basic places all the times before! The hosts of this BnB are darling, and have really put a lot of care into their home. The Elven Forest room is so beautiful, and unique! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! The breakfast the next morning was delicious, and better than any breakfast you can get on the Main Street. It’s about a 4 minute drive from the hot springs, so it’s not within walking distance, but that was not a problem. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!! I won’t stay anywhere else when I come back!

Such an adorable b&b. Really romantic. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the secret garden room, it is so cute!! The comforters on the bed are the most comfortable I have ever used!! 10/10, we are definitely coming back!!

This is a great place to stay! I wasn't sure about the bed & breakfast idea, but it was wonderful. The owners were fantastic. They helped us get set up and then left us alone. The breakfast was amazing! It would cost a bundle to get such a delicious breakfast somewhere else. The rooms felt very private. We didn't even know there were people right across the hall until we saw them the next morning. I definitely recommend Lion's Gate!

Five stars is not enough for Lions Gate Manor! They have gone above and beyond for my Hudson and I! Our car broke down just minutes from their location. We coasted into the parking lot. The owner, John, immediately started helping us find transportation for while we were here. He really exceeded our expectations.
The rooms are amazing. We've stayed in three different rooms now and each has its own unique interior to make you feel like you are staying in a different era. The home cooked breakfast (and hot Chocolates) are delicious and leave you wanting their breakfast every morning! Lava is the best place to go relax in the winter or summer and Lions Gate Manor is the perfect place to do it. I can't recommend them enough. It's an experience you're going to want more of. My husband and I will be going back again and again.

Excellent stay with my wife in the Elven Forest, met with the sound of birds and running water as we enter, a great large bathtub. Excellent service, and great breakfast. We plan on going back! We were warned about hearing the trains at night. We couldn't hear them at all in the room we stayed in.

I love the Lava Hot Springs area and the scenery is pretty awesome. Lions Gate Manor is a very quiet, secluded mountain setting. My wife and I recently stayed a night in The Phantom's Lair. The whole experience was great. The room was very unique and the quality of the details was excellent. I couldn't help but admire the incredible furniture. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was so clean and perfect that we felt like the first people to stay there. Breakfast was delicious, and everyone we came in contact with through our stay was incredibly friendly. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back to try a different room!

Incredibly unique place to stay. Some thoughtful additions to the rooms. For example, our room had a remote that would turn the sound of chirping birds up and down. Very quiet, peacful with a great hot shower and powerful jetted like jacuzzi tub. My wife and I WILL return.

** On a seperate note, and totally unrelated to anything under the control of Lions Gate, make sure you have 10000% solid dinner plans if you are going to arrive after 7 pm. We ultimately had to get frozen food from the grocery store and eat in our room. On google, we felt there were ample restaurants open until 9 pm but this small town has thousands of river visitors on weekends and we just couldnt get a seat anywhere. We did, however, enjoy the breakfast provided by the Lions Gate so all ended well.

In closing, I love what this small family has done with this b&b, its so interesting and the prices are very reasonable. Give them a visit!

This place was great. Over all I would give it 4.8 stars. It's quiet and isolated. It's very obvious that the owners take great pride and enjoyment in this place. We stayed in the Phantom room. The amount of details they put into it was great. I do have a some things I would change. But these are not deal breakers and my wife and i will definitely be staying here again. The items I would change, the biggest is that the couch in the private screening room although nice looking and fits quite well with the theme, is fairly uncomfortable and the TV is a bit on the small side. I would move the organ out by the bed to make room to move the TV down and getting a bigger one. The other thing I would change is to install and AC unit in the room, I like to have my room a bit on the cooler side at night.

This wasn’t the immersive experience you get at other theme hotels, BUT they deserve all the stars for a beautiful building, scenic surroundings and exceptionally friendly service. The Roman Bath was comfortable, the sheets are worth bragging about, and we took every chance to relax and take in the view. Thank you for being a memorable part of our anniversary.

Our FAVORITE anniversary spot. This place is tucked away in nature and it’s perfect to get away from the city and unplug for a moment. It’s location is just serene. The service is wonderful! John loves to make an experience with check in by showing the rooms and giving high class service. I love how he gets you set up with all the info you need. And Tami makes an amazing breakfast in the morning! They are both so kind and welcoming.
The facilities are beautiful! Each room is so creatively put together and so romantic. Something about it being a home makes it feel warm and inviting. And everything is so well-maintained.
Highly recommend this place!!

My husband and I enjoy staying in themed rooms for special events. Lions Gate Manor has the BEST quality themed rooms we've ever stayed in. Our room was the Phantom's Lair but the owner was kind enough to show us some of the other rooms before their occupants arrived. We could tell much time, money, and love has gone into making these rooms spectacular. Rooms are clean, luxurious and spacious. The common areas for guests are equally comfortable and luxurious with stunning views of the mountains from the deck and windows. Breakfast was delicious. John and his wife were kind and very welcoming when we checked into our suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go again. Highly recommended!

The best bed and breakfast i have been to. Upon arrival the owners made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable which is hard to come by. The scenery is incredible and the rooms are magnificent. We went for our honeymoon and are planning a stay there for every anniversary to come. If you're looking for somewhere to stay.....look no further, especially if you like an actual home cooked delicious breakfast

This B&B is so wonderful you almost don't want to tell others about it so that there's always room for you when you want to come back! But the hosts and experience are so amazing that you can't help but talk about it! I've stayed in the Roman bath and the Juliet rooms and loved them both! Clean, well designed rooms! Wonderful jetted tubs with hot mineral baths! Beautiful scenery outside! But the real thing that keeps me coming back are the hosts/owners. I feel so at home here. They give you your space as a standard but are happy to help whenever you ask! I have anxiety and needed some support and Tami was more than happy to lend a hug (upon request) and a listening ear! Oh and last of all, if you love good food and fresh home made whipped cream... Breakfast will not disappoint!

We just spent our 13 year Anniversary there and it was wonderful. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The room we stayed in, Enchanted Elven Forest, was relaxing and quiet. It was just what we needed. Tammy (I think that is what her name is) and here dad, were very nice and present during our stay. It is very apparent that they care deeply about their home and what they do.
