The service here is awesome. The rooms are so adorable. The beds are very comfortable, and the amenities are perfect. I honestly had the softest hair after soaking and showering with the local water. Will definitely stay there again when we come back through.

We stay here for a girls trip every year and love it. The owners are so kind and give us tips and recommendations. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a great place to stay!

I have stayed here a couple of times and have had the BEST experience at the Alpaca Inn. The rooms are very clean and well kept with comfortable beds and all of the amenities you would need from a hotel. I absolutely love the style here. You feel at home the moment you walk in. It’s in a nice area and the grounds here are beautiful. The alpaca inn is a quiet, comfortable place with gorgeous scenery. You will not regret your stay here. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved staying here for the weekend! The beds were comfy and clean. We enjoyed playing corn hole outside. Also the owners were really nice and patient with us. We will definitely come back and stay here!

We stay at the Alpaca at least once a year. It is the best place to stay. Jody the owner is so friendly and helpful. The staff is top notch and friendly. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is comfy and the landscape is beautiful. We always have a big group and use almost all the rooms. We BBQ and hang out on the lawn as if it was out own backyard. The Alpaca is a gome away from home.

We LOVE this place!!! We have made this trip 3 times. Last year we couldn't book with Alpaca Inn. And let me tell you the difference where we stayed, was substantial, Alpaca Inn has wonderfully comfortable and clean rooms. They are quiet and centrally located. And the owners are just so pleasant. Best place ever.

This was a very comfortable place for my friend and I to stay, while we recently visited Lava Hot Springs, ID. We have stayed in various hotels in our 27-years, during our annual visits. This was a surprisingly comfortable and quaint place to stay. We had been referred here by a local friend/shopkeeper, and we already plan to return during our annual visit in 2024. We loved it. It was the perfect location; just off the main street in the center of town. We couldn't be happier.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is very kind and helpful! It is with-in walking distance of all the activities in Lava Hot Springs and all the shops too! It is tucked back behind the main street, so it is very quiet and the rooms are private with their own patios!

This is our favorite place to stay in Lava. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cute and comfortable. It's close to everything in town, we park and don't even have to get in the car till we leave! The gift store is so fun to browse! I still have and wear my fun Alpaca gloves I got last year! Can't wait till or next stay!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night about 2 weeks ago on a long road trip. We had a great stay! The owner and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got delayed and they let us push our reservation back a few days. This is not your typical impersonal hotel stay, the staff care here. It felt like a safe area and our room was clean. Very cute theme and decor. If we return to the area Alpaca Inn would definitely be our first choice.

We LOVE the Aplaca Inn. We would never stay anywhere else. We love that they offer large rooms for our whole family to stay in and have full kitchens. The Alpaca Inn is within walking distance of everything we want to do while there. Thanks for the great stay, we’ll be back soon.

Amazing place to stay in Lava!! Clean, cute, cozy rooms. Convenient location but still quiet and great for families with a nice courtyard. The beds were so comfortable, extra pillows and blankets if needed and even the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need appliance wise and included spices! You can tell the owners take care of the place with all the extra efforts that are added inside and out, giving it that extra feeling of home!
Planning on returning and staying here again. Thank you for such a wonderful trip!

We have officially fallen in love with the Alpaca Inn. The entire experience from checking in to check out was friendly and positive. The room was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The grounds are also darling. There is a large grass area in front of the Inn where our little girl enjoyed running around and playing. We liked sitting outside at the table and chairs in front of our room and enjoying the scenery. The location is also perfect! Close to main street, but far enough away to feel a world away. We can't wait to stay here again!!

Highly recommend everyone stay here. They were very kind and accommodating because we got there after 6pm but it wasn’t a problem. The bedding smelled of fresh laundry. There were plenty of towels. My kids loved the hot chocolate available in the room. Walking distance from restaurants, hot springs, river and pools. It’s a small space but perfect for some family quality time. My only complaint is the walls are thin. Our neighbors were inconsiderate, loud and up past 11pm but that’s just rude neighbors.

Our stay at the Alpaca Inn for our Thanksgiving week was very pleasant indeed.
Very charming, comfy and cozy room to snuggle down into, while peaking out at icicles dripping down from the eves. Decoration for Christmas were just being put up by Debbie, that just added to the charm. Loved how close the amazing, official state park run Lava Hot Springs were to us too!
We were even able to go see the darling Alpacas at the farm escorted by our gracious hostess Debbie, Londa and Jody's long time partner in both operations. We weren't out to buy an Alpaca but sure enjoyed getting to be introduced to them personally and taking pictures and videos of these darlings for our precious memories of them and Debbie too!

Talk about cute! From the décor (baby alpacas!) to the location, the nice green grass and flowers. It was quiet, we couldn't even hear the people outside nor the people in the room next to us not once. I would definitely recommend staying here, I know we are again soon. Centrally located in the middle of Lava, the owners/employees were very nice and helpful. Loved everything about our stay here!

Lava Hot Springs doesn't have any chain motels, that's part of why I love it, the motels and restaurants are all owned by locals.
The Alpaca Inn is where we always stay. The rooms are nice and always clean. The staff is very friendly. It's located in the center of town so you can easily walk to wherever you want to go

WOW, WOW, WOW! We have been going to LHS every year now for over 26 years and we have stayed in many of the Hotels, and The Alpaca Inn will be our new happy place to stay from now on. We normally stay at the River Side and loved it, but as we have gotten older we simply can't do the stairs any longer. The Body is willing but the knees are weak. On a local referral we tried the Alpaca and the hotel is reasonable, the room was so neat, clean, quiet and quaint. It had a tv and a dvd player, a heater, air conditioner and some of the most wonderful smells for an air freshener I have ever smelled. It also has a small fridge with ice trays, (no more trudging to the store for ice trips) and a blow dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The staff was just wonderful and very patient with us in learning to use the AC remote as well as the tv and dvd remote. EVERYONE IS So friendly and you can tell they care about their hotel and the people in it. It is centrally located but you would never know it because it was quiet and restful and peaceful. We had a little table and chairs right outside our door and we sat out there at night and relaxed and we sat out there in the morning and breathed in that wonderful fresh and crisp LAVA AIR. There is parking right in front of the hotel so no fighting for parking spots. They have a WONDERFUL gift shop with "EVERYTHING ALPACA" including art work! The photos don't do it justice you just have to see it to believe it and it was truly wonderful. I URGE you to give the Alpaca Inn a try if you are going to Lava Hot Springs. You won't be sorry I promise!

Our stay was amazing! This place is cozy and clean! Had everything we needed! Perfect location! Kind owners, so friendly! Good quality sheets and comfy mattress and lots of pillows the bed was dreamy, my favorite part! We will definitely stay here every time ❤
