This bed and breakfast is our go to spot when travelling the I15. Just 9 miles east of the highway. We always book a supper ahead of time and it is first class. Vicky the owner is a great cook. I love the ahi tuna and it is a large portion cooked to your specifications with sesame oil. My wife always has the filet mignon and raves about it. We like either the peacock room or the king room. Both large and have a jetted tub. The shower is in a separate large bathroom for all the guests. We’ve never had problem with access or cleanliness. This is a gem of a place in Lava Hot Springs. Oh yes, the breakfast is served in a cute room in the basement area beside their second gourmet kitchen. Delicious and fancy and served at 8:30.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Dinner was wonderful (and Vicky accommodated for our later than planned arrival), the room was cozy, clean, and had everything we would possibly need for the night! Breakfast was perfect & there is a great little buffet with tea, water & coffee 24 hrs right in the hallway. Our room (the Peacock rm) doesn’t have a shower, but we were able to use the shower in the shared bathroom which is right next door. Worked out well! We never saw any other guests there until heading out the next morning, even though we knew they were there. Vicky and her husband are phenomenal! We can’t say enough positives about them. We learned about SO many vacation to-dos through our conversations, that it helped make our trip that much more memorable. We are so thankful we chose to stay the night at the Greystone Manor!!! ❤

Great place to stay. Vicki is the greatest ever. Loved our Teal room. Breakfast was awesome. Next time we will do the dinner. Called and got a room the same day. Very accommodating. Can't wait to go back.

Vicki is the best cook ever! My husband and I went to dinner at the greystone and had the best meal we’ve had in a long time. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was very eclectic and charming, and all of the staff are so pleasant and fun to chat with. Just don’t forget to book your dinner the day before.

My husband and I were on a road trip and called Vicky for a same day reservation. We explained we were pulling a trailer and asked if she had a room to accomodate us and park an oversize truck. She was extremely supportive and friendly, actually moving her own car to secure two adjoining parking spaces were available when we arrived. We stayed in the Lyon house, which was lovely and full of vintage charm. The main building was formerly a church and is decorated so cute! We were very close to the hotsprings and enjoyed that after settling in. The next morning we had a yummy and healthy breakfast of broccoli quiche, fresh fruit and hot cereal that made it easy for us to get back on the road without having to find a restaurant. Vicky spent time to chat with us and make sure everything was to our liking. I highly recommend staying at Greystone Manor. It is wonderful to find people who really care about their guest and have exceptional customer service!

I got married here in May. Vicky was the greatest host! Very flexible and accommodating. I had no idea how to explain my vision and she still brought it to life :) The building is beautiful inside and out. Vicky catered the reception dinner. We loved the food and the table settings were fabulous especially the cake table!! My mom loved staying in the peacock room while she was in town, the breakfast was fantastic.. the best quiche, fresh fruit and hot coffee. Would definitely recommend!

Location was off the main streets & in a quiet neighborhood.
Rooms have an old school feel and appeal, nostalgic of Grandma's house back in the day. Beds are unimaginably comfortable, and the thermostat controlled gas fireplace was absolutely wonderful.
Breakfast was far greater than your typical hotel/motel continental breakfast, with real hospitality; this morning's breakfast was spinach artichoke quiche, with pre-sweetened oatmeal, and a bowl of mixed fruits (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, banana slices), served with coffee & orange juice.
When we return, we'll definitely stay here again.
Thank You Greystone Manor

Very nice experience, room was clean and cozy. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty. Super friendly and very hospitable. Recommended for a quick overnight getaway that is in a quiet part of town. It was still too cold to go exploring around the neighborhood and downtown, but probably will be back when it's warmer!

By far the most amazing hospitality I have ever received! I have traveled all over the world and never before have I been met with such love, generosity and kindness. The Lamb and Steak meals were so good that I was already planning my next trip to try the rest of the menu items. The breakfast in the morning was such a quaint and welcoming atmosphere as well, so many tastes, flavors & textures. I cannot say enough good about this place and already have my next stay booked.

I don't normally gush but let me tell you a little bit about the owner, Vicky. She's amazing. Great cook, great innkeep, great person. This old church has been renovated into a magical place for weddings, dining, and just getting away. Vicky will lead you by the hand to escape from your dull everyday life. It doesn't hurt either thar the place is set in the amazing lava hot springs Valley. Highly recommended. Wait... stay home and leave the place for me. ;-)

This place was so cool. My friend and I went for a spa weekend and this was the fanciest looking place we could find. A little more expensive than some of the other options in Lava but the experience was worth it. Check in was a little weird: there's no traditional front desk so we just kind of meandered down the hall and found our room. It was beautiful with a fireplace and jetted tub. The towels smelled really good and they had fancy soap. Breakfast was included each morning and we ate in this beautiful sitting room. Meals were perfectly proportioned to be filling but not overwhelming. Greystone also has a fancy dinner and massage package that I recommend; your choice of several types of meat including lamb and salmon, which were cooked to perfection, this four course meal was rounded out with a delightful cheesecake with berries, also beautifully proportioned to be exactly enough. Couples massages are done by one artist but in tandem so that you aren't just sitting around for an hour waiting for your partner. The massage parlor is just up the hall from the rooms, so it's super convenient. The only problem I think I had was that there wasn't a shower in our tub, so no real good way to rinse off.

This was our second visit. We enjoy this quiet Bed and Breakfast. Our room (Peacock Room) was spotless and beautiful. The linens were luxurious and the toiletries were high quality. However, my favorite amenity of Greystone Manor is the food. We ate the included breakfast and paid for the dinner. It was worth every penny! Delicious!!! Also, I forgot an item for our trip. During dinner, I asked Vicky where in town I could pick it up. The item was sitting in front of my room door by the time dinner was over! She is magical.

Oh my goodness, this place was amazing! I didn't actually stay in the B&B, just joined them for dinner, and was not disappointed! The meal, the service, all of it! So wonderful! We arrived about 15 minutes before our reserved time but we were seated right away and treated great. The atmosphere was very romantic and the owner was super sweet. And the food was fantastic, we will definitely be going back to see them again next time we go to Lava!

We did not stay here, but we ate dinner here one night on our visit. The food was fantastic. Both my husband and I thought it was the best food we had eaten in a long time. We ordered the seared ahi tuna and lamb, both were cooked to perfection. The dining room is very beautiful and unique, and the service was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Had a sweet weekend retreat to Lava Hot Springs and stayed at the Greystone Manor, vacation Cabin rentals. This place is clean and run by a nice couple that you can tell really take a lot of pride in taking care of their properties and more importantly taking good care of their guests.
We had breakfast at the Greystone Manor an it was very lovely. It was filling, fresh, and very tasty, but wasn't heavy leaving you ready to take a nap as soon as you were done.
Vicki and Craig are very caring and friendly hosts. They gave a lot of tips for local things, and had a very good knowledge of the local history.
WE had a great time and are planning another trip back to enjoy the Hot springs in the winter and will of course stay at the Greystone Manor, as we highly recommend it.

My husband and I had a short getaway. I want to return soon! The room was very cozy with a fireplace. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and well appointed. Everywhere was decorated with fun vintage finds. It was fun to look at it all. We made dinner reservations and we are so glad we did! The best meal we have ever had! The appetizers were absolutely delicious. Our filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Homemade cheesecake for dessert with fresh berries. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

The owners Craig and Vicky were fantastic! Food was five stars and more. The personal service was excellent. We will come back here again. Craig and Vicky make you feel like family and that's just nice if you want to stay at Lava Hot Springs you definitely need to stay at the Greystone Manor. We got the dine and unwind package. We arrived at 4, and at 5 went into there massage room where the masseuses came on site and gave us our couple massage. The owners of Greystone Manor will go the extra mile to make your day a little more special. I'm thankful for my husband who took me there for my birthday and a brief honeymoon.

We just love staying at the Greystone Manor! Vicky is the best hostess ever! The place is so clean, quaint and just gorgeous all the way around. Breakfast is good and if you can have the dinner, it is exquisite to say the least. Do not forget the couples massage, Corey is the absolute BEST. I fell in love with this place the first time we stayed and whenever we plan a trip I call Vicky first. She also has a cabin and a house that are fabulous also. You will not regret staying here. BOOK IT!!

We had a great stay! We stayed in the King room, it was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, berries, cereal, & quiche. Friendly management. Short distance to the rest of Lava. We loved it & plan on coming back!
