E-Z Livin' Inn

GREAT!!!! The owners are the best people ever. They will help you with anything they can. Rooms are clean the view is so pretty. Any time I ever come that why I will always stay here!

We have been coming yo Lava at least once a year and we always stay at the E-Z Livin Inn. Very affordable for a kitchenette. Would recommend it to everyone.

This place is like temporarily living in an apartment. It's fully furnished and operational. All kitchen neceities are provided as well as decorations, TV's, fans, sheets, pillows, toiletries, and more. This place is great.

I love this place. This is the only hotel I will stay at. They are friendly, inviting, and very loving. I have stayed here several times throughout the years and will continue to come back. Absolutely love it. Thank you.

very old fashioned and is the best old country style live in place in town. The owner Lomond (sp) will do anything to make your stay welcomed and comfortable. They have a customer for life! Best rates in town too!

We just love Monte and Barbara they are the best we would love some day own it or run it.. We have been staying with Easy Living for over 20 years now and we continue to stay with them always willing to help out at a last minute thing..Thanks you

My husband and I love this place, we don't live to far away but come to this charming inn once a year. We ride our Harley and stay a night or 2 just so we can sit in a hot tub, visit with the locals and the owners of the E-Z liven inn Lamond and Barb? It's got a full kitchen, plus I think a vacume in the closet so if you make a big mess clean it yourself. That's how it should be {for a big mess}. I'm no snob so I will always stay at a clean, pleasant place for a low price.

The location was great! Walking distance to all the activities we wanted to do. The room was comfortable, however could have been a little cleaner. The owner of the Inn is very kind.

***Update***
Used to love this place due to their low pricing however as of the past 6 months different management has taken over. Nothing has been done to keep it cleaner (which the cleanliness has always been extremely questionable) and the prices have increased by $30 a night. At those prices I've been looking elsewhere and will continue to since the maintenance is so much better.

This place is a little gem that's been untouched since the 70's. If you like nice, new, and clean then this isn't your place place. It's a little ran down but for the price I don't complain. The owner is a sweet heart! No DVD players in the room, no wifi, all the televisions are old CRT type. The rooms do have a small kitchenette with the essentials to do a little cooking. Cash payment only.
