I had heard so much about them but found out even more information that sealed the deal. Preston gave exceptional customer service, the type of customer service you received in days of old that unfortunately have gone by the wayside; personable, professional, and very knowledgeable on all his products. I will definitely come back if and when I need other appliances!

Competitive pricing with a small town feel. We've been going to Rostock for many years and almost every piece of furniture and appliance in our home has been purchased there. If they don't have it then they can probably order it! Only place I've seen locally where you can purchase a Stanton sofa. We return as often as the situation allows. I won't buy things at those big box stores. Shop local!

My cousin, who is a loyal customer introduced me several years ago and I am now a loyal customer too. Every appliance, furniture, bedding, and floor installations have been very satisfactory. The owners are so nice and fun but more importantly they are genuine and fair. Their flooring sales rep Todd really stepped up to the plate to help our daughter who needed flooring desperately. Jeff their delivery guy is super hard working and informative. I've even just stopped in a time or two just to say hello. I can't say enough about this business. Give them a try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Over the years we've purchased multiple furniture pieces and appliances from Rostock and always have a great experience. Very helpful, not pushy for a sale, and they really care about maintaining their image and relationship with their customers. Prices are always competitive too. Their delivery/install guys were awesome too. Overall great experiences and nothing bad to say.
