CrossFit Sea Dog

I dropped in at CrossFit Sea Dog twice during a trip to Jupiter, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Adam is a great coach and I enjoyed hearing about his plans for the gym. The facility itself is awesome - clean, nice layout, great equipment…I’ll be back on my next trip to Jupiter!

By far the best CrossFit I’ve been to. First class I tried I signed up that day! Adam an Kelly are awesome and all the members are welcoming and friendly. Everything is very clean and has a super cool vibe. Not to mention their love for dogs won me over immediately. If you’re looking for a CrossFit or even a place to work out in general… this is the spot!

Absolute wonderful experience. The money this gym makes, is clearly going back into the gym for the members.

While on vacation to Jupiter I was able to get into Sea Dog 5 times. It was hard to leave.

I’m from NY visiting family in Jupiter for a long weekend. I was able to do a trial class (first CrossFit class ever) at CrossFit Sea Dog. Adam & his staff are great people, the facility is incredibly clean and they have top-tier equipment. I really enjoyed the workout and look forward to training here more often whenever I’m in town. I love dropping in to this gym! The entire gym, equipment and restrooms are extremely clean and high quality. The members are friendly and very supportive. The programming is the right kind of challenging with various options to scale to your level. Adam and Kelli run CrossFit SeaDog the same way they run their annual SeaDog Summer Showdown competition: always so genuinely welcoming, supportive and encouraging. The ultimate professionals. They foster a culture and truly embody everything the CrossFit community is supposed to be. I am always excited to workout here and continue to support their competition every single year!

CrossFit Sea Dog has been a remarkable experience for me. I am recovering from a drawn out medical condition. The support, instruction and encouragement which Adam and the staff give is outstanding. Also the atmosphere they created is nurturing. The other members positively support each other. Little tidbits of advice to how to improve the form of the exercise. Checking in on me making sure I am ok when I am struggling and giving positive encouragement. I can only highly recommend CrossFit Sea Dog and thank them for providing such an excellent gym experience

Did 24.2 at CrossFit Seadog this morning. It was easy to schedule a time on line, and the box is welcoming and super clean. I had a fantastic judge helping me!!

The BEST CrossFit gym I've visited. I'm in town often and this gym is my first choice every time. If I lived here, there is no doubt this would be my home gym. The equipment is clean and new, the community is nice & welcoming, and Adam & Kelly have always been sooo hospitable. If you're considering CrossFit this is a great place to start. If you're a seasoned CF'er, you'll love the equipment and cleanliness.

Wins the cleanest CrossFit gym award. I dropped in for a week while I was traveling during last year’s open. I got to witness the community rally and support each other. They are a very proud and exuberant bunch.

CrossFit Sea Dog is such an awesome gym! The gym is beautiful, clean and so well kept. Adam is an awesome coach. As I’m getting into crossfit, I really appreciate him being so approachable, chill, supportive and super nice. The other members have also been cheerful, kind and helpful. The workouts are fun and challenging, but have modifications for all levels. I look forward to working out, after a week I feel stronger and more energized. Proud to be a member!

Great gym, clean and spacious, equipment is in good shape, AMAZING coaches and a great community as well. I started CrossFit there never having done it before and not knowing a single person, and I felt welcomed from day one even though they are already a tight-knit community they welcome newcomers. Totally recommend!

CrossFit Sea Dog is the cleanest and nicest CrossFit gym I've ever been too! We joined a couple of weeks ago and love the programming. They also have daily 5am classes as well as Sunday morning classes, which not all CrossFit gyms offer. Adam and Kelli are super welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend CrossFit Sea Dog, a great place to workout and for me, ease back into it!

Joining CrossFit Sea Dog has been such an amazing experience for me. I always had an idea of what CrossFit was and I thought it wasn’t for me until I came to Seadog and tried it for myself.
I am recovering from a c section and the coaches have been able to help me modify to meet my needs while also pushing me to get stronger each time I step foot in the gym. I feel such a high after completing the workouts. I am able to bring my baby with me which has been a game changer. The gym is so clean, they have the best equipment and the members/coaches are super friendly and encouraging. So glad I found CrossFit Seadog!

This is a great gym with an awesome owner, a solid membership crew to work out with, and a pristine box where you could probably eat off of the floor. My wife and I did a drop-in on visit from Boston and loved this place. The owner Adam was very hospitable, the WOD was killer, and the place is spotless with all new equipment. What a treat to visit this gym during my recent vacation! Adam (owner and coach) was so welcoming and accommodating, as were all the members I encountered. Gorgeous facility, updated equipment, attentive and encouraging coaching, and clearly a friendly and supportive community. I absolutely LOVE CrossFit Sea Dog!!! I was visiting Florida for the week and worked out there every day…. Adam, Kelli and all the members were all so welcoming and made me feel like I have been going there forever!! I will definitely be back!! CrossFit Sea Dog is my gym away from home!! I highly recommend!! They are the best!!
