Yakutat Bay B&B

Spent third week of August here, it was great! 3-bedroom apartment with beautiful views of the bay. Chris, the manager, is a heck of a nice guy. Always checked to see if we needed anything or to lend some fishing advice.

Comfortable, spacious accommodations with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We will be back next year. Thanks Chris!

This place was perfect for 7 of us to stay for a week. Everything was well kept and clean. Fonda (the manager) was on hand to take care of anything we needed. She even cooked breakfast for us each morning. I didn’t want to write this review since Yakutat Bay B&B is now my favorite place to stay in Yakutat!

I cannot recommend this lodge highly enough. I mean, Yakutat is an amazing place to be in by itself, but the lodge and its comfortable accommodations and small-town-friendly service somehow made it that much better.

For a steelhead bum like myself, Yakutat Bay was the perfect place to end a long day of fishing at, and again the perfect place from which to stage operations the next day! There's a heated room for drying off waders and rain jackets, a kitchen for all of your eatery needs, a quaint living room that I could've easily whiled away hours just sitting in (had the steelhead fishing not been so good...), and the bedrooms were clean and quiet.

If you ever find yourself fortunate enough to be going to Yakutat, give Barb and Dave a call. You'll remember this place forever.

Chris was very attentive to helping our group with whatever we needed. The lodge was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We have been staying at Yakutat bay b and b. We look forward to many more years of great memory making. I highly recommend staying at Yakutat bay b and b.

Comfortable and welcoming bed and breakfast. My second stay. Chris the manager/host was extremely helpful in helping our group find the best fishing holes for Coho salmon. Will definitely return!

There were 4 of us who stayed at the Yakutat By the Bay B&B and we had an super time. The lodge, situated right on the shore of Monti Bay near the downtown area, offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, living areas and convenient cooking facilities. And Chris, the property manager, was a super host!

Stayed here for 10 days. Amy and Brian took great care of us as the managers. They have a lot of "toys" available to rent or use to have fun exploring and playing in the area. Breakfast was great every day as well! Highly recommend this place!

Had a great long weekend at the B&B. Hosts were very accommodating and willing to answer all those newbie questions. Had vehicles available to drive around and helpful advice for fishing and restaurants and food. Had a great time and hope to be back soon

Ideal place to stay during a fishing trip. Adam is a great host and I enjoyed the community aspects of the stay. My go-to spot in Yak!

Amazing! This place really feels like a home, and Brian and Amy are great people and made our stay very comfortable. I'd stay here again over any of the lodges in town in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Yakutat Bay B&B in Moose Track, wity a queen size bed and bath just outside our room. Incredible lodge and view. We enjoyed a home-made breakfast.

This place was fine.

Yakutat on the Bay B & B say they are “under construction” and cancelled my reservations. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy people.
I made a reservation on October 31, 2018 for rooms for my family on August 7, 2019. But while traveling to Yakutat I received an email from them on July 20th telling me that the Lodge was “under construction” and my reservation cancelled.
